<p>Coordinating purchasing for the kitchen and stewarding departments with the finance team as per the hotel procedures.</p>
<p>Conduct interviews for candidates in the department in conjunction with Human Resources and prepare job descriptions.</p>
<p>Daily monitoring of the food cost to ensure monthly targets are achieved without undermining the agreed product quality.</p>
<p>Adhere to and monitor departmental operating expenses as per departmental budget and forecast.</p>
<p>Review and monitor departmental work schedules, oversee that departmental payroll is in line with budgets.</p>

We are hiring an HR Operations Officer to own the day-to-day execution of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll, benefits, records, policy, and recruitment administration.</p>

At least five years in an HR operations or HR administration role, with at least two years in Oman or the GCC. Working knowledge of Omani Labour Law and Omanisation requirements. Demonstrated experience with payroll, benefits administration, and employee records. Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.</p>
<p>A CIPD qualification or equivalent is an advantage. So is experience in a regulated financial services entity or a start-up environment.</p>

<p><strong>Maintenance Management</strong> Executes work order through CMMS (SAP) and coordinates with maintenance engineer for job completion and technical matters. Apply technical craft, techniques, processes and principles and be responsible for all necessary preparation required to carry out mechanical maintenance to equipment/area assigned to him. Report to Maintenance Manager for daily activities spare parts and consumables in the department to update spares availability to cope up with the maintenance requirements. Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard Risk Assessment are carried out, controlled and updated. Implement, monitor and report IMS objectives, Targets and programs. Provide necessary resources for effective implementation and sustenance of IMS. Report IMS performance to the management periodically. Ensure Legal compliance with respect to their scope of activities. Responsible to ensure the compliance to legal requirements, contractual and organizational requirements. Report deviations in Integrated Management System & identify root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure that they comply with management parameters and that they</p><p>are submitted to HDQ in time.</p><ol><li><p>Control petty cash accounts at town office, Airport office etc.. to ensure sound</p></li></ol><p>processing, according to GF procedure. Ensure that reimbursement claims are</p><p>lodged by staff on timely basis. Review the contracts to ensure</p><p>that GF interests are well protected</p><ol><li><p>Ensure that payments for the purchases or services received are made to</p></li></ol><p>supplier based on original documents, proper certification of services and</p><p>verification of rates and contract terms and conditions.Monitor and ensure</p><p>proper control over the disbursement bank account to ensure proper utilization</p><p>of funds and maintain optimal balance in this account so that no idle cash</p><p>balances is there, which causes a loss to the company, nor a shortage takes</p><p>place which could harm the company goodwill and causes bank interest</p><p>payable.</p><p>Ensure that bank reconciliation is prepared on timely basis. <p> Inspection and sampling of Wheat, Corn, Soyabean meal, Bran, Barley etc at seaport upon arrival of cargo ship as per inspection plan and procedures developed by QC team.</p>
<p> Monitoring the quality of raw material in silos and store during the storage period, including control of pest and any degradation in the quality and reporting it to the concern department for appropriate actions.</p>
<p> To develop and implement inspection plan, sampling plan and analysis plan for incoming raw materials, packing materials, in process and finished products.</p>
<p> Analyse the samples of raw materials, in process and finished products as per the testing plan and report daily basis.</p>
<p> To communicate and report on all conformances as well as non-conformances related to quality of raw material, packing material, in process and finished products.</p>
<p> Inspection of flour and feed mill premises as per inspection schedule daily, weekly and monthly or as and when required by the team/management.</p>
