<p>Create library to learn from previous mistakes </p>
<p>Execute the full contract cycle from pre-award to post-award and carry out the contract (includes the tender-board approvals). </p>
<p>Executes end-to end process and recommend changes that will suit the design / process</p>
<p>Implementing the support strategy as key agent for assigned client (OMT RPI) </p>
<p>Executes the design, develop, build, test of strategy</p>

<p>Create contracts plans well ahead for Operations Contracts in order to meet end user s timelines. </p>
<p>Check the synergy between them and unify the common ones before starting tendering processes.</p>
<p>Develops plans using detailed drawings.</p>
<p>Preparing estimates and budgets.</p>
<p>Creating accurate project specifications.</p>
<p>Designing engineering experiments.</p>
<p>Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.</p>
<p>Analyses contract requests from stakeholders & determines the appropriate method of contracting / procurements.</p>
<p>Ensures proper bids technical and commercial evaluations are done in line with the internal policies and procedures.</p>
