<ol><li><p>Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) during fabrication of jackets and topsides.</p></li><li><p>Oversee quality activities at Sohar Yard, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and fabrication requirements.</p></li><li><p>Monitor EPC Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure effective quality management and timely resolution of quality issues.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Welding, NDE, and Systems Completion teams to ensure inspection and quality records are aligned.</p></li><li><p>Manage NCRs, technical deviations, corrective actions, and lessons learned throughout fabrication.</p></li><li><p>Monitor quality performance, identify risks, and provide regular reports to Project Management.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Site Management and Quality Teams to drive continuous quality improvement.</p></li><li><p>Promote compliance with HSE requirements and participate in site safety initiatives.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science; Quality, Welding, or NDE certifications are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>10 years of QA/QC experience</strong> in the <strong>Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, or EPC industry</strong>, including <strong>2+ years in a leadership role</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in fabrication quality management, QA/QC systems, welding inspections, NDE, and contractor quality oversight.</p></li><li><p>Sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), international codes, and industry standards.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing EPC Contractors, Fabrication Yards, Vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience on large-scale Oil & Gas/LNG fabrication projects is highly preferred.</p></li></ol>
