Optimise mining activities to meet production targets while managing unit costs and maintaining the highest safety standards.</li><li>Maintenance & Reliability Establish world-class maintenance strategies including asset registers, Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems, critical spares management, and shutdown planning. Lead reliability improvement programmes to minimise unplanned downtime and extend equipment service life. Oversee the full Maintenance organisation for both mine and plant, ensuring high equipment availability.</li><li>Production & Cost Control Deliver approved production, recovery, cost, and reliability targets for both mine and plant. <li>Understand and analyze the broader picture of customers' business objectives to build profiles and act as a consultant for their business strategies.</li>

<li>Identify and develop effective relationships with key contacts within targeted customer organizations in respective regions to maximize leverage for Aramex.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the solutions group to define innovative solutions that add value to customers' business operations.</li>
<li>Work closely with account managers to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.</li>
<li>Perform all aspects of the sales process and input/update all customer information utilizing CRM systems.</li>
<li>Network with industry peer groups and other internal affiliates to share best practices and relevant insights.</li>
<li>Engage in research to expand personal and company knowledge of industry trends, best practices, marketing, and sales strategies.<br> </li>

<br>Job Requirements - Experience and Education

<li>Bachelor’s degree in business or any other relevant field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry.</li>
<li>Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal sales objectives – Results Oriented</li>
<li>Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.</li>
<li>Excellent Communication and Presentation skills </li>
<li>Proficient in working with Global and local leaders to develop short and long-term goals that are specific to our commercial organization – Results Oriented</li>
