I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.</p><br><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities </strong><br>As Guest Relations Officer, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: <br>• Responsible for the daily operation of the telephone operators during the shift and administrative work. <br>• Answer all inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names whenever possible and routing calls to proper extensions. <br>• Handle all long distance and local calls and relay message if required. <br>• Accept and deliver wake-up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner. <br>• Assist in booking and taking requests for reservations for Restaurant, Spa and Kids’ Club. <br>• Ensure proper handover of all outstanding matters for follow-up at the end of the shift. <br>• Utilize and ensure proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, guest room telephones and facsimile machines. <br>• Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. <br>• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. <br>• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.</p><br><p><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>To execute the position of Guest Relations Officer, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:</p><br><p>• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.<br>• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. <span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.<br>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language. <p>JOB PURPOSE: To lead the origination, establishment, execution, and active management of Government-to-Government Joint Ventures that deliver sustainable risk-adjusted financial returns for OIA, while supporting defined national economic priorities through structured sovereign partnerships. The role combines investment strategy, partnership structuring, stakeholder management, and active ownership to ensure G2G partnerships are commercially disciplined, value creating, effectively governed, and aligned with OIA s investment objectives. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the identification and development of G2G investment partnerships aligned with OIA s portfolio strategy and relevant national priorities. Build relationships with sovereign wealth funds, government investment institutions, and other relevant counterparts to identify partnership and investment opportunities. Design appropriate partnership structures, including investment mandates, sector and geographic focus, capital commitments, governance, and decision-making arrangements. Lead the structuring and negotiation of MoUs, term sheets, shareholder agreements, and other partnership documentation. Assess the commercial and financial rationale of proposed partnerships and prepare investment recommendations for the Investment Committee and senior leadership. Lead the establishment of G2G JVs from partner engagement and structuring through internal approvals, documentation, and operationalization. Lead negotiations on key partnership terms, including investment mandate, capital deployment, governance, shareholder rights, reserved matters, and exit or termination provisions. Coordinate legal, financial, tax, and other relevant workstreams and manage external advisors where required. Identify and mitigate key financial, governance, partnership, and execution risks. Manage execution timelines, key deliverables, internal coordination, and stakeholder expectations. Oversee assigned G2G JVs against approved mandates, business plans, financial return targets, and strategic objectives. Monitor investment activity, capital deployment, portfolio performance, and key risks, and recommend appropriate actions where required. Coordinate with OIA board and Investment Committee representatives and provide analysis and recommendations on investment proposals, strategic matters, governance, and key shareholder decisions. Work with JV management and partners to address underperformance and identify opportunities to enhance portfolio performance and long-term value. Leverage G2G partnerships to facilitate cross-border expansion by supporting JV portfolio companies in exploring investment and growth opportunities in Oman, while enabling Omani companies to access opportunities, networks, and partnerships in the JVs respective markets. Develop restructuring, monetization, or exit strategies where appropriate and in line with OIA s investment objectives. Act as a key investment interface between OIA and sovereign investment partners for assigned partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with sovereign funds, government entities, and JV leadership. Maintain alignment between partners on investment objectives, governance, capital deployment, and strategic direction. Proactively manage areas of partner misalignment while safeguarding OIA s commercial and investment interests. Leverage institutional relationships to support existing partnerships and identify future investment opportunities. Monitor relevant sovereign investment trends, markets, sectors, and macroeconomic and geopolitical developments. Assess key country, regulatory, governance, partnership, capital deployment, and reputational risks. Ensure appropriate governance frameworks and adherence to shareholder agreements, investment mandates, and key contractual obligations. Safeguard OIA s shareholder rights, reserved matters, information rights, and other governance protections. Escalate material investment, governance, partnership, or performance risks as appropriate. Lead and coordinate G2G partnership establishment, investment, and asset management workstreams. Allocate and review work to ensure quality and timely delivery. Provide coaching, technical guidance, and on-the-job development to team members. Support the Senior Manager in developing the G2G investment pipeline, portfolio priorities, and team objectives. Lead the preparation of investment papers, portfolio reviews, performance dashboards, and strategic updates for senior leadership, Investment Committee, and other relevant stakeholders. Provide clear recommendations on partnership performance, capital deployment, key risks, and required shareholder actions. Identify opportunities to improve G2G investment processes, governance frameworks, portfolio monitoring, and reporting. Apply relevant leading practices and lessons learned across existing and future G2G partnerships. Comply with all relevant health, safety, and quality requirements to ensure employee safety and legislative compliance.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s Degree Specialization in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or any other relevant field CFA, CMA, CPA, FMVA, FRM is desirable 11 years of relevant investment experience, preferably including direct investments, private equity, sovereign investments, joint ventures, corporate finance, or portfolio management.</p>

Estimates daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicates production needs to kitchen personnel daily. Assists Executive Chef with all kitchen operations and preparation. Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions. Develops, designs, or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions. Assists in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays. Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards.
