<p>Objective: The Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of investment opportunities within the assigned sector, including origination, evaluation, structuring, transaction execution, active asset management, value creation and exit. The role supports the Sector Head / CIO in developing and reviewing the sector investment thesis, priorities and pipeline, and contributes to translating sector themes and opportunities into investable products, funds, co-investments and other structures. The Manager works closely with Capital Raising and other relevant functions to support early investor market sounding and refine investment propositions, while maintaining strong ownership of the investment substance, execution and performance of assigned investments.</p>
<p>Key Tasks: Support the Sector Head / CIO in developing, reviewing and updating the investment thesis, strategic priorities and investment pipeline for the assigned sector. Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the assigned sector, including market structure, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, valuation benchmarks, investment themes, risks and emerging opportunities. Proactively originate, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of investment opportunities through relationships with companies, entrepreneurs, advisors, industry participants, shareholders and other relevant stakeholders. Evaluate investment opportunities through market and sector analysis, commercial and financial assessment, risk-return analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring and negotiation.
