<p>Job title Team Leader, Digitalization Stream Downstream Function IDS Digital Application & Cyber Security Location Oman (Muscat) Budget control *OPEX and/or CAPEX and/or Revenue amount as relevant* Reporting to Head, Digital Application & Cybersecurity Direct reports Job purpose</p><p>Lead and govern OQ8 digitalization initiatives by identifying, prioritizing and delivering fit-for-purpose digital solutions that simplify and standardize business processes, improve data visibility and decision making, and enhance user experience. The role is accountable for translating business requirements into scalable digital products/automation (e.g., low-code, workflow, integrations, RPA and analytics), ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, vendor management, solution quality, cyber/IT compliance, and benefits realization across Muscat and Duqm operations.</p><p>The position will act in accordance with OQ8 s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Omani s government & other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives. Main tasks and responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Own and be accountable for end-to-end digitalization and digital application activities, ensuring delivery performance meets agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, service KPIs/SLAs/OLAs and business value outcomes across Muscat and Duqm operations</li><li>Define, maintain and govern the digitalization roadmap, demand intake, prioritization pipeline, digital/data strategy and multi-year business, application, integration and data roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, architecture standards, data governance, value drivers and measurable benefits realization.</li><li>Lead the digital vision, digital agenda and organizational change program by working with stakeholders across all functions and business lines to identify <p style="text-align:justify;"><b><span>Job Purpose:</span></b><span>The <span>General Manager - Country Operations</span> is the single accountable leader for all manufacturing and delivery operations within the country, responsible for one or more sites and owning the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) execution spine from order intake through to revenue recognition. The role carries full P&L accountability and disciplinary leadership of all in-country functions — Operations, Supply Chain, QHSE, Project Management, Planning, and Support — ensuring each site operates in full compliance with FPI standards and applicable local regulations, with particular emphasis on Health, Safety and Environment.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span>The job holder drives operational efficiency, optimises plant output, and embeds a culture of continuous improvement and high standards across all sites in line with business requirements. Commercial authority — including pricing, bid approval, and terms — rests with the global Commercial function; the <span>General Manager - Country Operations</span> is accountable for translating confirmed orders into on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery and converting backlog into revenue.</span></p>

<p>1. Position : Sr. Quantity Surveyor Tendering Key Responsibilities: Tendering & Estimation: Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with standard methods of measurement (e.g., POMI, CESMM, NRM). Administer contracts in accordance with the conditions of contract (e.g., FIDIC, Standard Conditions of Contract in Building and Civil Engineering works, etc.). Position : QA/QC Painting Inspector Job Responsibilities: Inspect and monitor all painting and coating activities at site. Ensure surface preparation, blasting, priming and painting are carried out as per approved specifications and procedures. Check environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and dew point before and during painting. Inspect and verify paint materials, mixing, application and curing. Conduct and record DFT (Dry Film Thickness) and other required coating inspections. Identify painting defects and ensure proper rectification. Prepare inspection reports, checklists and QA/QC documentation. Coordinate with the Site Team, Consultant and Client for inspections and approvals. Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and follow up on approvals. Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved ITPs, method statements and relevant standards. Assist in identifying and closing NCRs related to painting and coating works. Maintain proper records of all painting inspection and testing activities. <p>The assistant manager for MPM is locally responsible to efficiently and effectively manage the medical provider networks. The assistant manager MPM is expected to negotiate the tariff and facilitate the onboarding of medical providers with an objective to have a diverse portfolio of medical services which are financially beneficial to the Allianz group.</p>
<p>The assistant manager is responsible for supporting MPM manager and senior manager in leading the team and managing the local provider relationship management for the assigned region.</p>
