JOB PURPOSE: The Research Administrator provides operational and administrative support for the effective implementation of the University s research and innovation activities. Coordinate communication with funding agencies (e.g., R&IA, international bodies). Research Compliance & Ethics Support submission and tracking of research ethics applications. Maintain records of ethics approvals, renewals, and compliance requirements. Ensure documentation aligns with institutional policies and regulatory frameworks. Assist in preparing compliance reports for audits and accreditation (e.g., ISA). Research Quality & Compliance Ensure research activities comply with institutional quality standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee ethical review frameworks and research compliance mechanisms. Support internal and external research audits, reviews, and accreditation requirements. Data Management & Reporting Maintain up-to-date research databases (publications, grants, citations, KPIs). Support preparation of periodic research reports and dashboards. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for ranking, accreditation, and reporting. Assist in data collection for national indicators (e.g., MoE, QS, THE). Research Events & Capacity Building Support Coordinate logistics for research workshops, seminars, and training programs. Support organization of conferences and research-related events. Assist in communication and promotion of research initiatives. Documentation & Process Support Maintain organized records of research policies, procedures, and templates. Support implementation of standardized research workflows and systems. Assist in tracking action items from research committees and meetings. Communication & Stakeholder Support Liaise with faculty, research centres, finance, HR, and external partners. Facilitate communication between researchers and administrative units. Provide guidance to staff on research processes, templates, and requirements. Authority & Decision-Making (Delegated) Operates under supervision of the Assistant Dean / Dean of Research and Innovation. Responsible for coordination, tracking, and administrative execution. <p><br></p><p><strong>MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Create a strategic plan of action for the Rotating Equipment Engineering Services to achieve the goal of zero incidents at the Qalhat LNG Complex for project phase, including adoption of best practices from the industry and budget allocations.</li><li>Build, coach, and performance manage the rotating equipment team; develop succession and capability.</li><li>Manage interfaces with owners, EPC/EPCM, OEMs, utilities/authorities, insurers, and operations/maintenance.</li><li>Provide executive level reporting and decision support.</li><li>Set clear goals and expectations for team members, regularly assess their performance against the set goals, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement</li><li>Devote time to train team members on new ways of working, developing new competencies, and upskilling to drive performance and productivity</li></ul><p><strong>FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>Projects/Asset Management and Delivery:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee concept/FEED, detailed design, and interdisciplinary interfaces (civil/structural, mechanical, I&C, telecoms).</li><li>Validate vendor data/OEM integration; Rattaché.e à une Cheffe de Projet Soin et un Chef de Projet Parfum, vous participez à la réflexion sur les concepts de mobiliers permanents et à leur développement conformément aux orientations stratégiques de votre Axe (parfum et soin).</p><br><p><b><span><span>VOTRE IMPACT CHEZ CHANEL</span></span></b></p><br><ul><li>Vous participez à la réflexion stratégique et à la réalisation des briefs merchandising des matériels PLV permanents sur des projets soin et parfum et suivez leur développement en vous assurant du respect des délais et des budgets déterminés en amont,</li><li>Vous participez à la création de l'ensemble des documents nécessaires au développement de ces projets, (création de références, aides aux prévisions et guidelines merchandising), communiqués à chaque région,</li><li>Vous mettez à jour les book planogrammes associés aux différents mobiliers des axes soin et parfum en suivant l’évolution des lancements marketing, et vous assurez de leur bonne communication auprès des différents partenaires internes, </li><li>Vous mettez à jour les planogrammes linéaires avec les nouveautés produits sur la plateforme IWD,</li><li>Vous accompagnez la mise à jour des catalogues référentiels soin et parfum lors de comités avec les équipes supply et prévisions,</li><li>Vous organisez et préparez les réunions mensuelles avec les interlocuteurs merchandising régions auxquels vous participez, </li><li>Vous assurez le lien avec les équipes Marketing International, Direction Artistique, Achats, Régions, Category Management.. </li><li>Vous assurez une veille concurrentielle dynamique ainsi qu'une étude des besoins marchés afin de nourrir la réflexion et les briefs</li></ul><p><b><span><span>CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ</span></span></b></p><br><ul><li>De formation supérieure en école de commerce ou en université, vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de césure ou de fin d’études.</li><li>Vous possédez une première expérience dans le merchandising, la gestion de projet et/ou le marketing. </li><li>Dynamique, curieux-se et autonome, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation et votre rigueur, votre esprit d'équipe ainsi que pour votre relationnel. </li><li>Votre sensibilité au luxe, au marché des cosmétiques et votre passion pour les sujets d’Expérience Client, de Merchandising ou de Retail sont des atouts pour la réussite de cette mission. </li><li>Vous parlez couramment anglais (oral et écrit) et maîtrisez le pack office.
