Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of Omani Labour Law and HR best practices.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience in the engineering, logistics, industrial, or oil & gas sector is preferred.
