<p>Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing initiatives & targets for government debt management in line with overall debtor management strategy. Implement debtor management operations in line with the corporate government debt management objectives and overall organization focus. Implement the identified and assigned debtor management strategies and practices to maintain the targeted level of customer experience and DSO rate for government customers. Align the priorities of debt management activities with the overall customer service objectives of the business. Adhere to and implement debtors management policies and procedures to support the achievement of the targeted DSO rate and customer satisfaction levels for government customers. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place accidents and injuries through a hazard analysis and risk assessment process. Plan, develop and implement safety training for new employee orientation and annual required programs Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace, conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Provide advice and counselling for all compliance regulations. Assist in new employee and contractor orientation training Compile, analyze, interpret, and report accidents. Review property damage and injury reports. Work in accordance with the OARC EHS Management System protocols and site-specific procedures that are required by law Monitor, advise, and implement ongoing updates in safety country specific regulations, laws and or reporting requirements Assist in the purchasing of all safety supplies, products or training items required. Any other tasks specified by the direct supervisor.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field. IOSH Managing Safely. NEBOSH certification.</p>
