1. Position : Sr. Quantity Surveyor Tendering Key Responsibilities: Tendering & Estimation: Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with standard methods of measurement (e.g., POMI, CESMM, NRM). Administer contracts in accordance with the conditions of contract (e.g., FIDIC, Standard Conditions of Contract in Building and Civil Engineering works, etc.). Develop and manage cost plans and tender submissions within deadlines. Identify and quantify risks and opportunities in tenders. Prepare and submit RFQs to subcontractors and suppliers; evaluate quotations for accuracy and competitiveness. Compile material take-offs and cost data for labor, equipment, Subcontract and materials. Prepare tender cost summaries, pricing schedules, and other required documentation. Prepare and Submit Commercial and Technical submission documents with in deadline in coordination with Internal departments such as Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Finance and HR. Maintain and update a cost database for materials, labor, and equipment. Commercial Analysis: Perform rate analysis for labor, materials, and equipment. Support pricing strategies that align with the companys commercial objectives. Benchmark , estimates against historical data and market trends. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare tender clarifications, technical and commercial queries, and coordinate with client representatives. Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal, contractual, and client requirements. Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives during the pre-contract stage. Laise with finance team for obtain Tender bond. Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with internal departments such as Jr.QS, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations. Attend tender meetings, site visits, and pre-bid conferences. Liaise with clients, consultants, and JV partners when required. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Certification in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage. Position : QA/QC Painting Inspector Job Responsibilities: Inspect and monitor all painting and coating activities at site. Ensure surface preparation, blasting, priming and painting are carried out as per approved specifications and procedures. Check environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and dew point before and during painting. Inspect and verify paint materials, mixing, application and curing. Conduct and record DFT (Dry Film Thickness) and other required coating inspections. Identify painting defects and ensure proper rectification. Prepare inspection reports, checklists and QA/QC documentation. Coordinate with the Site Team, Consultant and Client for inspections and approvals. Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and follow up on approvals. Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved ITPs, method statements and relevant standards. Assist in identifying and closing NCRs related to painting and coating works. Maintain proper records of all painting inspection and testing activities. Strong knowledge of surface preparation, blasting, coating systems and DFT measurement. Working knowledge and hands-on experience in coating inspection and testing with a Holiday Detector, Salt Test Kit, and Zero Test Plate. Wraparound Coating or Insulation Inspection certification will be an added advantage. Experience working on marine environment projects will be an added advantage. Qualification: BE./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Valid NACE Coating Inspector Level 1 or Level 2 certification or BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector certification. Position : Accountant Requirements: ACCA/CA Inter /M.Com graduate or equivalent qualification. 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry . Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Cash Flow Management . Good understanding of general accounting procedures and financial reporting. Candidates currently available in Oman will be preferred. Salary: RO. 450- 550 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description: Process and verify supplier invoices, subcontractor bills, employee reimbursements, payroll and other payables accurately and in accordance with company policies, contracts, and approval procedures. Prepare and maintain project-wise payment schedules and cash flow forecasts, ensuring timely identification of funding requirements and supporting proactive financial planning. Monitor due dates for all vendor and subcontractor payments, prioritize payments based on contractual obligations and cash availability, and ensure timely settlement to maintain smooth project execution. Perform periodic vendor account reconciliations, resolve invoice discrepancies, obtain statements of account, and ensure all supplier balances are accurate and up to date. Coordinate closely with project execution teams, procurement, stores, and finance to verify supporting documents, monitor project commitments, and maintain accurate project cost allocations. Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders by responding promptly to payment queries and resolving issues effectively. Prepare accounts payable reports, project-wise outstanding liabilities, and cash requirement summaries for management to support decision-making and working capital management. Ensure compliance with company financial controls, approval matrix, tax and statutory requirements, maintain proper documentation, and support internal and external audits. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. Monitor actual cash inflows and outflows against approved cash flow projections. Monitor project-related commitments and outstanding liabilities. Maintain proper records of project-wise payables and cash flow requirements. Benefits : 1.
