<p>Fleet Dispatch & 24/7 Operations:
Plan, schedule, and execute heavy haulage movements across Oman (e.g., Sohar Port, Muscat, Al Misfah, Duqm).
Ensure optimal utilization of prime movers, heavy lowbeds (40–60T), and flatbed trailers.
Coordinate route surveys, police (ROP) escort requirements, and road transit permits with the government relations (PRO) team.
Driver Management & Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of 10+ heavy truck drivers (subcontinent expatriates).
Assist management in screening, testing, and recruiting qualified heavy-duty drivers with valid Oman Heavy Licenses.
Enforce strict discipline, manage driver rosters, trip allowances, accommodation (camp), and minimize absenteeism and turnover.
Maintenance, Repairs & Asset Upkeep:
Oversee preventive and scheduled maintenance in liaison with authorized dealership workshops (Saud Bahwan / Sinotruk) and approved local third-party garages.
