BTEC Business Teacher – The Sultan’s School, Oman The Sultan’s School seeks to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic BTEC Business Teacher to join the school in August 2027, teaching primarily Level 3 BTEC Business, alongside some Level 2 provision. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with strong practical experience of delivering the BTEC curriculum who understands the assessment requirements, vocational approach and skills needed to help students succeed. The ability to also teach Level 2 IT would be a significant advantage, although this is not essential. We are looking for someone who: - Has previous experience teaching BTEC Business, ideally at Level 3 - Has a strong understanding of BTEC assessment, delivery and vocational learning - Can inspire and engage students through practical, relevant Business teaching - Can support students to achieve strong outcomes across Level 2 and Level 3 - Is confident adapting teaching to meet a range of student needs - Ability to teach Level 2 IT would be an advantage but is not essential - Is collaborative, culturally aware and committed to the wider life of the school Requirements: Minimum 2 years post-qualifying teaching experience; Bachelor’s degree closely related to your teaching subject; recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or equivalent; under 60 years of age due to visa restrictions.
