<p>We’re hiring a highly proactive and performance-driven cold email outreach specialist to generate qualified pipeline through strategic outbound email campaigns.</p>
<p>This role is responsible for the full outbound email workflow — from prospect research and list building to campaign launch, deliverability management, optimization, and lead qualification. You’ll play a key role in helping sales teams generate consistent outbound opportunities through data-driven outreach and personalized messaging.</p>
<p>This is not a passive list-sending role. We’re looking for someone who understands cold email deeply, knows how to maintain inbox health and deliverability, and can continuously optimize campaigns to improve reply rates and conversions.</p>

<h4>What you’ll own</h4>
<p><strong>Prospect research & list building</strong></p>

<p>Pipeline Ownership and Conversion</p><ul><li><p>Take full ownership of the live vinyl, carpet, rubber and decking pipeline, and drive it to order.</p></li><li><p>Re-qualify every inherited opportunity: confirm decision-maker, budget, programme, competing offer and the real reason the quote has not closed. Kill dead files early rather than carrying them.</p></li><li><p>Maintain the pipeline tracker weekly with status, next action, expected close date and probability. Tracker discipline is a condition of the role, not an administrative extra.</p></li><li><p>Present a monthly pipeline review to the Managing Director and the Business Development Manager, with a clear forecast and an honest read on risk.</p></li></ul><p>Specification and Technical Selling</p><ul><li><p>Build and hold relationships with consultants, architects, interior designers and project managers to secure Badr Flooring products at specification stage, before tender.</p></li><li><p>Read and interpret drawings, finishes schedules and BOQs; identify the flooring scope, quantify it accurately and respond with a technically compliant offer.</p></li><li><p>Advise clients on correct product selection — wear layer and use classification, slip resistance, fire rating, acoustic performance, static control, moisture tolerance and warranty implications.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and defend technical submittals, mock-ups and sample boards; handle consultant queries and approval comments without escalation.</p></li><li><p>Where a competing product is specified, prepare and present a credible equal-or-approved alternative with supporting test data.</p></li></ul><p>Business Development</p><ul><li><p>Build a new named-account pipeline across the sectors that consume these products in volume: healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial fit-out, offices, retail, sports and residential developments.</p></li><li><p>Develop coverage of main contractors, fit-out contractors and joinery firms who sub-let flooring packages.</p></li><li><p>Achieve a minimum standard of client-facing activity: site and office visits, specification meetings and new quotations issued each month, to targets set out in Section 4.</p></li><li><p>Feed back structured market intelligence — competitor pricing, incumbent brands, imported alternatives, project intelligence.</p></li></ul><p>Commercial Management</p><ul><li><p>Price to protect gross margin, using approved cost build-ups and the division’s approval matrix for any deviation. Run short, practical product sessions for colleagues whose background is in manufactured terrazzo and cement products.</p></li><li><p>Support colleagues on their soft flooring enquiries with joint calls and technical input, so that capability spreads rather than concentrating in one person.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Essential</p><ul><li><p>Minimum five years’ sales experience in floor coverings, of which at least three years must be in vinyl, carpet, rubber or comparable resilient and soft flooring products. Experience confined to ceramic tiles, natural stone, marble or cement-based products does not meet this requirement.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of three years in the GCC, with a demonstrable understanding of how projects are specified, tendered and awarded in this market. <p>The Traffic Management Supervisor supervises work activities of Traffic Management personnel engaged in the movement of GPMS-Prepositioned cargo via land, air and sea. Responsible for training, establishing and maintaining effective outbound and receiving planning functions. Monitors cargo operations using Logistics Tool Suite (LTS), Global Freight Management (GFM), Cargo Movement Operating System (CMOS), Integrated Logistics Supply (ILS-S), Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES), Integrated Booking System (IBS), Joint Container Management system (JCM), Wood Packaging Materials (WPM) Management Toolset, Global Asset Reporting Tool (GART) and web-based tracking systems such as integrated Data Environment/Global Asset Reporting Tool (GART) and web-based tracking systems such as Integrated Data Environment/Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC), Radio Frequency Identification (RFIDITV) Tracking Portal, Global Decision Support Systems (GDSS-2) and Single Mobility System (SMS) to ensure In-transit Visibility (ITV) within the Defense Transportation System (DTS). Verifies the Nomenclatures, Quantity, Transportation Control Numbers (TCN), Transportation Account Code (TAC), Consignor and Consignee Codes, Hazardous/Classified materials, ITARS certifications and other essential transportation data.</p><p>Properly classified freight, selects commodity codes, selects the most efficient mode of shipment and controls obligations for government transportation funds.</p><p>Prepares all required shipping documents for data input to CMOS/GATES, assigns Transportation Control Numbers, produces labels, issues truck manifest for general/hazardous cargo and Maintains Manifest and TCN logs.</p><p>Uses automated computer systems to process and document to accurately input the Transportation Control Numbers, Transportation Accounting Codes, consignor and consignee codes and other essential transportation data into CMOS, GATES or IBS.</p><p>May perform System Administrator duties.</p><p>Inspects Hazardous Materials to ensure proper packaging, marking, labeling, documentation and certification in accordance with applicable Dangerous Goods Regulations (AFMAN 24-604, 49 Code of Federal Regulation, International Air Transport Association (IATA) and International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG).</p><p>Inspects, accepts and inventories all incoming freight and containers for overages, shortages and damage before acceptance. When required, initiate and complete DD Form 361, Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR).</p><p>Provides asset visibility and real-time view to track customer queries using IGC, RFID-ITV, GDSS2 or SMS.</p><p>Prepares shipping documents and Movement Requests for international and domestic shipments between sites and container movements from the Sea Port of Embarkation (POE) to the Sea Port of Debarkation (POD) shipped by surface or sealift.</p><p>Performs Port Handling and Inland Transportation (PHIT) and ensures the subcontractor performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Statement of Work (SOW). <p>The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is a treaty-based international, inter-governmental organization dedicated to supporting and promoting strong, inclusive and sustainable economic growth in developing countries and emerging economies. In the Sultanate of Oman, GGGI has partnered with the Government through the leadership of the Environment Authority (EA) to develop the "Accelerating Resilience and Innovation for Sustainable Ecosystems management" (ARISE) Program . The ARISE Program is a USD 100 million initiative spanning six years, designed to deliver climate action, ecosystem restoration, and economic growth through Nature-based Solutions (NbS) integrated into the Bioeconomy and Sustainable Special Economic Zones (SSEZs) . The program ultimately targets the restoration of 30,000 hectares of land, an estimated 750,000 tCO2e/year in greenhouse gas emission reductions, and the creation of over 1,000 green jobs. The implementation of the ARISE Program is structured around two phases. Phase 1 will cover 2 years, and Phase 2 will be over 4 years. The funding has been approved for Phase 1. POSITION SUMMARY Based in Salalah, in Dhofar Governorate, Oman, the MEL & Data Officer plays a key role as the MEL focal point for the Oman ARISE Program. Reporting directly to the ARISE Program Lead, this position supports the on-the-ground delivery of the multi-year program s results framework. The Officer will work in close collaboration with the Regional MEL Senior Officer for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) to implement GGGI s organizational-wide MEL framework at the program level. This role involves coordinating MEL implementation, data collection, analysis, and visualization, learning & reporting following the comprehensive MEL plan for ARISE, including supporting baseline assessments such as Knowledge, Aptitude, and Practices (KAP) surveys and ecological data tracking. Additionally, the Officer will collaborate with the Program Implementation Unit (PIU) to create tailored MEL tools, assist in internal and external reporting, and contribute to the capacity of local partners and government stakeholders. The Welder must comply with established quality control procedures and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within ADC, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the assigned project timelines KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Follow the daily welding chart specifications for metal sheets of PS repair/ conversion or new development laid out by the PS Supervisor in order to ensure the welding work complies with the specifications provided by the PS Engineer and the activities are completed as per timelines, quality, health and safety standards of ADC. Other jobs which will be assigned at the discretion of the Line Manager shall be attended too. Welding/ Fitting Activities Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to welding, using straightedges, combination squares, callipers, and rulers in order to ensure the welding activities are accurate and as per the requirements and specifications. Weld/ Fit components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions by igniting torches or starting power supplies and striking arcs by touching electrodes to metals such as aluminium, stainless steel and cast iron being welded, completing the electrical circuits to facilitate the joining of the multiple work pieces together and to ensure compliance with health and safety standards of ADC. Welding/ Fitting Equipment Operations Recognize, set up and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment in order to ensure safety and well-being of the workers working in that environment. Select and install torches, torch tips, filler rods, and flux, according to welding chart specifications or types and thicknesses of metals in order to ensure that there is minimum wastage of materials and its effective utilisation. Welding/ Fitting Conditions Connect and turn regulator valves in order to activate and adjust gas flow and pressure so that desired flames are obtained for conducting welding/ fitting activities. Monitoring Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications. Quality Control Ensure adherence to and maintenance of the quality of welding/ fitting activities in order to enable the successful welding and formation of the hull as per specifications. Material Requirements and Use Coordinate with the PS Supervisor if and when required in order to ensure that materials/ equipment/ spare part requirements are provided timely and accurately to complete job requirements. Maintain the stock of consumables and spares to enable proactive replenishment of raw materials/ equipment has/ spare parts required for welding/ fitting activities.
