KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manage all the litigation, arbitration, mediation and other dispute resolution proceedings involving Asyad Group and its subsidiaries. Coordinate the collection, preservation and review of evidence and documentation required for disputes. Monitor all ongoing disputes and maintain accurate litigation registers and reporting systems.
