<p>The main job purpose is to provide technical opinions falling within the scope of the job holder s duties, as well as on specialized matters referred to them related to the Directorate s activities, in accordance with debt issuance operations. Duties and Responsibilities: The position holder is subject to general guidance and direction from the Director General of the Public Debt Management Unit. Develops and implements the annual borrowing plan in line with the medium-term debt strategy. Monitors market developments and provides advice on the appropriate timing for securing the financing approved for the year. Implements the approved strategy and manages the debt portfolio in accordance with defined benchmarks and limits. Manages the issuance of government securities, including Treasury bills and bonds, and contributes to the development of the local currency bond market. Contributes to determining the pricing and maturity structure of domestic government securities based on the sovereign yield curve and various risk factors, including rollover/refinancing risk and interest rate risk, among others. Develops and maintains relationships with lenders and investors, working in close coordination with the Investor Relations team. Provides ongoing recommendations aimed at improving borrowing policies and operational processes. Negotiates loan terms and conditions with lenders to secure financing at the lowest possible cost, in line with relevant guidelines and directives. Analyzes financing proposals and submits recommendations for review by senior management. Undertakes the execution of public loans (domestic and foreign) and ensures proper implementation and follow-up, including effective management of the debt portfolio until full repayment of principal, interest, and any other financial obligations. In the Sultanate of Oman, GGGI has partnered with the Government through the leadership of the Environment Authority (EA) to develop the "Accelerating Resilience and Innovation for Sustainable Ecosystems management" (ARISE) Program. The ARISE Program is a USD 100 million initiative spanning six years, designed to deliver climate action, ecosystem restoration, and economic growth through Nature-based Solutions (NbS) integrated into the Bioeconomy and Sustainable Special Economic Zones (SSEZs). The program ultimately targets the restoration of 30,000 hectares of land, an estimated 750,000 tCO2e/year in greenhouse gas emission reductions, and the creation of over 1,000 green jobs. The implementation of the ARISE Program is structured around two phases. Phase 1 will cover 2 years, and Phase 2 will be over 4 years. <p><h4>Job overview</h4>
<p>The chief AGE mechanic supervises, trains AGE technicians and performs inspections, maintenance and servicing and storage of assigned AGE. Maintains and inspects hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems to include turbine, diesel and gasoline driven AGE. Responsible for the day-to-day AGE shop operations and communicates with the AGE superintendent to assure work priorities are met. Accomplishes work in accordance with USAF/Amentum technical data. Ensures compliance with performance work statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS).</p>
<h4>Principal accountabilities</h4>
