Program Overview

The Graduate Development Program is designed for ambitious and high-performing graduates seeking to build a career in professional services. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in structured training programs, and contribute to client engagements across various industries.

In addition to building core professional and technical capabilities, you'll gain exposure to emerging technologies equipping you with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Who We're Looking For – Eligibility Criteria:

• Omani nationals only 
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree holders graduating by September 2026
• Preferred Majors:
  Audit: 
  Accounting
• Tax: 
  Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law
• Advisory: 
  Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, Law
  Computer Science, Cybersecurity/Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, Management Information System, Information Systems/Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics
  Engineering in all its derivatives 
  Insurance, Risk Management, Public Policy, Project Management
   
• Academic Requirements: Minimum GPA: 3.3/4.0 or equivalent
   
• Experience: Fresh graduates with no prior experience
   
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
   
• Additional Requirements:
  Strong intercultural awareness
  Successful completion of all online assessments and interview
  Passing both virtual and in-person assessment centers
