<p><h4>Position objective:</h4>
<p>The sales associate is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining store standards, supporting visual merchandising, and assisting in the overall retail experience while adhering to operational duties as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.</p>

Ensure products are displayed in an attractive manner according to store layout standards.<br>
Adhere to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and stock management protocols, especially for clearance items.<br>
Record and maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock.<br>
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities.<br>
Maintain strong knowledge of product inventory and promotions to communicate effectively with customers.</p>
<p><strong>Process:</strong><br>
Efficiently operate the point of sale (POS) system for billing and transactions.<br>
Balance the cash till at the start and end of shifts.<br>
Accurately process payments through cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.<br>
Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers correctly.<br>
Maintain vigilance regarding store security and ensure all loss prevention policies are followed.<br>
Replenish and re-merchandise stock on the sales floor to ensure product availability at all times.</p>
<h4>Desired qualification:</h4>
<p>The ideal sales associate in a retail company should have a bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to contribute to a welcoming customer experience. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.</p></p><p></p>

Carry out routine monitoring for utilities and manifolds arranged on board in order to ensure they are operating properly and as per quality and health and safety standards. Quay and Dock & Workshops Piping Activities Carry out all necessary repair and scheduled preventive maintenance to yard utility (air water, gas, etc.) pipelines and accessories ensuring all utility lines are working properly. Planning and Layout Plan in coordination with the Piping Supervisor, the positioning and layout of utility piping hoses and manifolds onboard vessel in order to ensure the work plan covers all the necessary areas for production work. Maintenance Log Reports Prepare logbook for routine, preventive maintenance & repair of all utility lines and locations. Track and monitor the mechanical equipments, piping equipments for temporary utility provision (water, gas, etc.), portable generators, air compressors requiring maintenance as per their life cycle and utilisation in order to ensure proactive maintenance history and replacement as required. Material Requirements and Use Coordinate with the Piping Supervisor if and when required in order to ensure that material requirements are provided timely and accurately to complete job requirements. Quality Control Ensure adherence to and maintenance of the quality of piping utility work and related piping works in quay and drydock in order to ensure readiness for quality control inspections and to support all other departments in the Production division. Preparing Reports Prepare daily reports on progress, issues, challenges of utility piping jobs onboard in order to keep the Piping Supervisor aware of the progress and ensure the work is completed as per the schedule. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Follow all relevant Production Support departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. <p>Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as required, including flipping mattresses, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, deep cleaning carpet, touch-up painting, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, ensuring that all appliances are present in the room and in working order, cleaning and replacing light fixtures, and inspecting grout and caulking. Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces in accordance with the property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines (e.g., GCPM, CARE, Make Ready Team, Perfect Room Team).</p>
<p>Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment as required and miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.</p>
<p>Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. <p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Prepare special meals or substitute items. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Maintain food logs. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared. Communicate assistance needed during busy periods. Inform chef of excess food items for use in daily specials. Inform food and beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items. Ensure the quality of the food items. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods.</p>
<p>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.</p>
