<p>JOB PURPOSE: The Deputy Director supports the Scholarship Director in all facets of development, planning, implementation and communication of the programme; the relationship will be one of mentoring and succession planning in anticipation of a continuing and sustainable programme. S/he will have responsibility to ensure that communications with stakeholders; sponsors, candidates, scholars and parents are clear and continuous and will also assume responsibility for special projects and development of new programs as required and assigned. In the absence of the Director, the Deputy Director shall act in that capacity.
