<p>Develop novel state-of-the-art vision algorithms and corresponding systems, leveraging deep learning techniques. Research, develop and prototype advanced computer vision technologies and integration with hardware edge processors. Develop high-quality computer vision algorithms for localization, object detection, classification, and video analysis. Translate algorithms into production-level code. Contribute to a large code base in Python for deploying these models in production environments. Implement best practices for data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training, and ensure that the team follows these practices consistently Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance and feedback to team members, ensuring that they produce high-quality code that is efficient, scalable, and maintainable. Interface with the Product/Project manager to develop R&amp;D plans, proposals, intellectual property filings, commercialization strategies and other material that facilitate the innovation process. Experience deploying production grade ML and vision systems on the edge for real-time applications. Python Knowledge. Strong software engineering skills. <p>The role We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle from initial user research and strategy to final UI/UX execution. Continuously explore and implement new design practices and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends. Usability Testing and Feedback Integration Plan and conduct usability tests to validate designs and improve user satisfaction. Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement. Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance functionality and overall user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate product goals into seamless design solutions. Participate in agile teams and collaborate directly with developers during implementation to ensure designs are accurately translated into functioning user interfaces. Address design-related issues that arise during development promptly and effectively. Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders, clearly communicating design vision and rationale. Project Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through completion. Develop timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines and constraints.
