Vous contribuerez activement à l'automatisation et à l'industrialisation de nos analyses, tout en prenant part aux travaux sur la définition des besoins en pièces sur un des types moteurs. <br>VOS MISSIONS :<br>• Automatiser en partie l'analyse de données et le reporting au travers du logiciel de datascience référent, pour faire gagner l'équipe en efficacité et précision.<br>• Concevoir et industrialiser des indicateurs innovants pour mieux comprendre notre marché, anticiper les besoins des clients et capter les évolutions sectorielles.<br>• Présenter et restituer vos analyses en interne et auprès des équipes, lors de réunions programmes et avec la supply chain.<br>• Proposer de nouvelles méthodes, modélisations ou approches d'étude pour améliorer la prévisibilité du comportement client et accompagner la transformation digitale de notre métier.<br>• Alterner avec un collègue la responsabilité sur la prévision de pièces d'un des types moteur, ce qui vous permettra de développer une vision détaillée à la fois technique et opérationnelle.<br>• Être moteur dans le suivi et la critique des prévisions, leur déclinaison vers les équipes supply chain et la préparation d'actions.<br>Ces missions vous offriront des sujets variés et complémentaires qui vous permettront de construire ensuite votre parcours pour évoluer dans la société. <br>INTERFACES / COLLABORATIONS :<br>o Travail en collaboration avec les équipes des différentes Directions de Safran (Programmes, services relations clients, après-vente, Marketing, data…), via des réunions thématiques.<br>o Travail avec GE (General Electric) qui co fabrique les moteurs avec SAFRAN. Partage de nos pratiques de modélisation et prévisions.<br>o Participation à des réunions avec des clients Rechange (principaux shops internes et externes notamment) afin de récupérer des informations terrain </p><br><br><p>MONTEE EN COMPETENCES<br>Vous serez accompagné(e) dès votre arrivée. Les prévisionnistes en charge des prévisions Moteurs et Chiffres d'Affaires vous expliqueront les différentes étapes de leurs modèles et le prévisionniste actuellement en charge des prévisions pièces vous formera.
