Dans notre équipe dynamique de 6 personnes, vous jouerez un rôle clé auprès de nos experts dans l'optimisation des méthodes de prévision, le développement d'outils data et l'amélioration continue de nos process. Vous contribuerez activement à l'automatisation et à l'industrialisation de nos analyses, tout en prenant part aux travaux sur la définition des besoins en pièces sur un des types moteurs. VOS MISSIONS : • Automatiser en partie l'analyse de données et le reporting au travers du logiciel de datascience référent, pour faire gagner l'équipe en efficacité et précision. • Concevoir et industrialiser des indicateurs innovants pour mieux comprendre notre marché, anticiper les besoins des clients et capter les évolutions sectorielles. • Présenter et restituer vos analyses en interne et auprès des équipes, lors de réunions programmes et avec la supply chain. • Proposer de nouvelles méthodes, modélisations ou approches d'étude pour améliorer la prévisibilité du comportement client et accompagner la transformation digitale de notre métier. • Alterner avec un collègue la responsabilité sur la prévision de pièces d'un des types moteur, ce qui vous permettra de développer une vision détaillée à la fois technique et opérationnelle. • Être moteur dans le suivi et la critique des prévisions, leur déclinaison vers les équipes supply chain et la préparation d'actions. Ces missions vous offriront des sujets variés et complémentaires qui vous permettront de construire ensuite votre parcours pour évoluer dans la société. INTERFACES / COLLABORATIONS : o Travail en collaboration avec les équipes des différentes Directions de Safran (Programmes, services relations clients, après-vente, Marketing, data…), via des réunions thématiques. o Travail avec GE (General Electric) qui co fabrique les moteurs avec SAFRAN. Partage de nos pratiques de modélisation et prévisions. o Participation à des réunions avec des clients Rechange (principaux shops internes et externes notamment) afin de récupérer des informations terrain MONTEE EN COMPETENCES Vous serez accompagné(e) dès votre arrivée. Les prévisionnistes en charge des prévisions Moteurs et Chiffres d'Affaires vous expliqueront les différentes étapes de leurs modèles et le prévisionniste actuellement en charge des prévisions pièces vous formera. Enfin, des experts sur le logiciel de Datascience sont aussi à proximité. Vous concevrez des équipements optroniques à très fort impact : systèmes de guidage infrarouge/laser (autodirecteurs de missiles) et vision de nouvelle génération pour drones. De l'architecture amont jusqu'à l'intégration finale sur carte, vous serez responsable de l'implémentation d'algorithmes de traitement d'images (conventionnels et par réseaux de neurones) avec une totale appropriation de votre travail grâce à une approche de conception de « bout en bout » au sein d'une équipe technique passionnée. Notre dynamique d'innovation, illustrée par des réalisations telles que l'implémentation de réseaux de neurones sur FPGA, le traitement vidéo infrarouge ultra-basse latence, ou encore la cybersécurité embarquée sur-mesure, fait de nous un référent du secteur. Dans cet environnement critique où l'exigence de haute fiabilité rencontre le pragmatisme du juste besoin, vos missions seront les suivantes : • Conception RTL : Développer et coder des architectures FPGA robustes en langages Verilog et SystemVerilog. • Expertise technique : Analyser et résoudre des problématiques complexes, avec un accent particulier sur la tenue des timings et les passages de domaines d'horloge. • Validation : Mettre en œuvre les phases de vérification physique et virtuelle en s'appuyant sur des outils de référence tels que Vivado et QuestaSim. • Qualité et méthode : Assurer une rigueur documentaire exemplaire à chaque étape du cycle en V, indispensable pour garantir la sécurité de nos systèmes. • Co-Design et Synergie Système : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les architectes électronique, les algorithmiciens, et les équipes logiciel ; challenger les concepts pour proposer des stratégies d'implémentation optimisées pour les contraintes de nos produits embarqués.
