<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>
<p>Provide project management support and mechanical engineering guidance for industrial facilities and infrastructure projects.<br>
Support the development and maintenance of engineering standards, specifications, and procedures.<br>
Monitor contractor performance to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.<br>
Manage and control site activities to achieve project objectives within approved schedule and budget constraints.<br>
Prepare and present project progress reports, forecasts, and status updates to management.<br>
Lead projects through all project phases, from concept and scope development through technical evaluation, execution, commissioning, and handover.<br>
Coordinate engineering activities and pre-operational testing required for successful commissioning and start-up.<br>
Evaluate proposed projects and provide technical recommendations.<br>
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and supporting project documentation.<br>
Monitor and assess contractor performance and compliance with project requirements.<br>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.<br>

<p>Minimum 10 years of project, design, and engineering experience within heavy industrial environments.<br>
Experience in brownfield industrial projects is preferred.<br>

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br>
Working knowledge of engineering and drafting software such as AutoCAD.<br>
Experience with project planning software such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.<br>

Experience supervising installation and commissioning of bulk material handling equipment, including conveyors and associated static and rotating equipment.<br>
Proven experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.<br>

Knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions.<br>

Build rapport with the client; Inquire and understand details of the Skin , Hair , Body concerns; Use
diagnostic tools to arrive at a diagnosis; For complex cases / specialist cases refer the client to a specialist
doctors/seek test results; Identify the best available solution for the concern; Document the plan /
recommended treatment with products from pharma / own product portfolio; Explain and align client on the
treatment details, expectations, results, potential side effect, duration, etc.; Inform client about the
treatment price and package (by taking information from the front desk); Direct them to the CC for closure

Service Delivery
Receive the schedule of appointments from CM or CC; Based on type of session conduct patch tests, skin
priming, etc. on the client; Follow the SOPs to the extent possible for the various services; Conduct the

related details for the client history file; Discuss and receive target achievement inputs across the various
