Une centrale inertielle est constituée entre autre : <br>• de capteurs inertiels (3 gyromètres et 3 accéléromètres) permettant d'estimer la quantité de mouvement subis par le porteur, <br>• de capteurs non-inertiels (baromètre, odomètre, loch, récepteur GNSS, caméra, …) améliorant la localisation du porteur à l'aide d'un algorithme de fusion de données.<br>Les modèles mathématiques décrivant l'évolution des grandeurs fondamentales calculées par les systèmes de navigation (position, vitesse et attitudes) sont non linéaires. Il s'agit d'une contrainte très forte pour le choix de l'algorithme de fusion de données utilisé dans les logiciels de navigation. Une solution très répandue est l'utilisation d'un filtre de Kalman Etendu. Cet algorithme se base sur une étape de linéarisation des modèles autour de l'état courant estimé. Ceci rend la précision de la localisation sensible aux erreurs de linéarisations liées à l'erreur sur l'état estimé. Certains cas opérationnels conduisent à des problèmes dits de « fausse observabilité » dégradant sensiblement la précision des centrales inertielles. C'est pourquoi, de nouveaux types d'algorithmes de fusion de données plus adaptés aux systèmes non linéaires sont à l'étude. <br>Le but de ce stage est d'étudier un algorithme innovant appelé « filtre de Kalman Invariant Etendu » (Invariant Extended Kalman Filter en anglais), développé par Safran Electronics &amp; Defense et Mines Paristech, dans les systèmes de navigation. <br>En s'appuyant sur les travaux précédemment menés sur ce sujet, le travail consistera dans un premier temps à adapter et implémenter cet algorithme sur un simulateur de centrale inertielle et à analyser les performances atteintes. Dans un second temps, tester cet algorithme en temps réel sur une centrale inertielle.<br>Vous serez intégré dans l'équipe de développement des centrales inertielles pour les porteurs terrestres et marines. Equipment Setup &amp; Calibration</p><p>Set up and calibrate PAUT equipment including:</p><ul><li>Phased array probes and wedges</li><li>Encoders and scanners (manual / semi?automated)</li></ul><p>Conduct calibration using:</p><ul><li>Approved reference blocks</li><li>Project?specific calibration standards</li></ul><p>Ensure all NDT equipment has valid calibration certificates</p><p>3. Data Acquisition &amp; Interpretation</p><p>Perform data acquisition and analysis using PAUT software</p><p>Interpret A?Scan, B?Scan, C?Scan and S?Scan data</p><p>Detect, evaluate, and size discontinuities such as:</p><ul><li>Lack of fusion</li><li>Lack of penetration</li><li>Cracks</li><li>Porosity and inclusions</li></ul><p>4. Adjusts, repairs, and when necessary, modifies systems and components, and replaces malfunctioning equipment as needed. May be responsible for requirements analysis, systems analysis, performance analysis, and independent test and acceptance of system components.</p> <h4>Duties & responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Performs and supervises aircraft electrical and environmental (E&E) functions and activities performing as an experienced 5 Level Journeyman or 7 Level Craftsman.</li> <li>Troubleshoots, inspects, removes, installs, repairs, modifies, overhauls, and operates aircraft E&E systems, components, and associated support equipment.</li> <li>Uses technical data, wiring diagrams, ohm meters, electronic measuring equipment, GSE and special tools.
