<p>Role & responsibilities Preventive, Breakdown, Corrective and Running Maintenance of packing machinery and associated equipment to ensure maximum reliability and operational efficiency. Troubleshooting, repair, overhauling, alignment, and restoration of high-speed packaging machines used in Biscuits, Chocolate, and Snacks production lines. Carrying out machine changeovers for different product and pack formats within targeted timelines. Calculating machine ratios, product pitch settings, timing adjustments, and machine parameters required for changeovers. Designing, fabricating, modifying, and installing change parts and machine components as required. Min 5 years experience in maintaining high speed packaging lines and process equipment in FMCG/ Pharmaceutical / Food industries. Proven experience in troubleshooting, machine overhauling, machine setup, and changeover management. Hands-on experience in manufacturing, modification, and fitting of machine change parts.
