In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless support for our customers and actively promoting the Siemens brand within key government end-users. The main target is to support and grow Siemens’ Panel-building & Distribution sales channels, ensuring a wider coverage for Siemens’ low voltage products in the different market segments. In Your daily work you will oversee following tasks and responsibilities: Achieve the assigned business unit’s financial targets. Prepare accurate and timely quotations for low-voltage products based on customer requirements and specifications. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of sales strategies. Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring that all details are accurate and properly entered into the relevant systems, while ensuring full compliance with internal processes. Proactively communicate any potential delays or issues to customers and the sales team. Actively engage with key government end users, including the Ministry of Defence (MOD), Ministry of Health (MOH), Royal Court Affairs (RCA), and the Royal Oman Police (ROP). Promote Siemens’ low-voltage product portfolio and solutions by highlighting the company’s value proposition and technological advantages. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with these strategic accounts to strengthen Siemens’ market presence and brand loyalty. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these government sectors Your Qualifications and Skills You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering field from reputable university or college. You bring expert level experience in LV Products and sales & marketing background. You have solid experience with EPC’s & contractors in the power distribution market Our Ideal candidate has an advanced Critical and respective Product/Market Analysis skills You will impress us with your outstanding Presentation skills & market Intelligence skills You should have more than 3 years of experience in the field of low voltage switchgear within the Middle East Market. <p>JOB PURPOSE</p>
<p>The Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Manager leads MMC's corporate communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement agenda, building trusted relationships with government, communities, media and key business stakeholders. The role is responsible for protecting and enhancing MMC's corporate reputation, strengthening its social licence to operate, and ensuring effective communication and engagement in support of the Company's strategic and operational objectives. The position also coordinates community investment, CSR and local-content initiatives in partnership with relevant business functions.</p>
<p>MAIN TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p>COMMUNICATION STRATEGY & BRAND MANAGEMENT</p>
<p> Develop and implement an effective corporate communication and media relations strategy that promotes, protects, and builds the Company's reputation, in alignment with corporate strategy and priorities.</p>
<p> Manage the Company's brand(s) to safeguard reputation as one of the Company's most valuable assets.</p>
<p> Identify industry benchmarks and establish communication performance indicators to align the organisation with best practice.</p>
<p> Proactively identify and create opportunities and stories that promote the Company's brand and reputation, in consultation with the Head of Corporate Support.</p>
<p>MEDIA & PUBLIC RELATIONS</p>
<p> Act as spokesperson for the Company, protecting the brand and building a positive media profile and positioning.</p>
<p> Oversee all external communications to ensure messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with overall Company strategy.</p>
<p> Release editorial coverage (press releases, interviews, and reports) through relevant media channels and update internal communication channels on a timely basis.</p>
<p> Work closely with retained PR agencies and freelancers, maintaining continuous and consistent communication to ensure timely delivery of assigned work.</p>
<p> Provide guidance to the press office team and ensure Company spokespeople receive appropriate media training.</p>
<p>STAKEHOLDER & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT</p>
<p> Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, financial stakeholders, government officials, and community representatives.</p>
<p> Establish mechanisms to drive engagement, alignment, and understanding of the Company's strategy and priorities among all stakeholders.</p>
<p> Conduct regular field visits to engage with local community stakeholders and understand their needs and concerns.</p>
<p> Ensure a high level of external interaction is maintained professionally in both English and Arabic.</p>
<p>LOCAL CONTENT, CSR & ESG</p>
<p> Develop Corporate Responsibility policies, processes, and frameworks to ensure proper implementation of the Company's CSR aspirations.</p>
<p> Execute an integrated local content and social responsibility programme to promote the Company's reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.</p>
<p> Promote In-Country Value (ICV) and ensure local content plays a central role in policies providing opportunities to local communities.</p>
<p> Partner with the Contracts & Procurement function to encourage and promote ICV opportunities.</p>
<p> Work with the HR department to identify recruitment and training opportunities for the local community.</p>
<p> Survey local market potential and identify opportunities for local Omani businesses.</p>
<p> Ensure Company compliance with ESG standards and best practices.</p>
<p>INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & GOVERNANCE</p>
<p> Build strong working relationships across departments, providing expert advice on communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives.</p>

<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p>
<p>Education:</p>
<p> Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Sustainable Development, CSR, Management, or a related field required.</p>
<p> A postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing is desirable.</p>
<p>Certifications (Preferred): </p>
<p> Certification or Diploma in PR, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing is desirable.</p>
<p>Experience: </p>
<p> Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, or local content-related disciplines is required.</p>
<p> Proven track record of managing corporate reputation, media relations, and stakeholder or community engagement programmes.</p>
