<p>Role & responsibilities Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities. Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards. Manage the complete tyre recycling process, including shredding, granulation, steel/fibre separation, screening, and bagging . Optimize machinery, manpower, raw materials, utilities, and production capacity. Monitor production, yield, rejection, downtime, and OEE. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor product quality, granule size, and contamination levels. Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure preventive maintenance. Lead production supervisors, operators, technicians, and helpers. Plan manpower and manage shift operations. Train and develop production personnel. Ensure compliance with EHS, PPE, safety, and 5S requirements. Monitor raw-material consumption, material balance, yield, and production losses. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and MIS. Control production costs and improve productivity. Implement initiatives to reduce downtime, scrap, energy consumption, and process losses.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Required Qualification Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Rubber Technology , or related discipline. Additional manufacturing/process-management qualifications will be an advantage. Required Experience 10+ years of manufacturing experience , preferably in: Tyre Recycling Crumb Rubber Manufacturing Rubber Recycling Rubber Processing Tyre Manufacturing Polymer/Plastic Manufacturing Process Manufacturing Strong experience in production leadership/management is preferred. Required Skills Strong knowledge of tyre recycling and crumb rubber manufacturing. Knowledge of shredding, granulation, screening, magnetic separation, fibre separation, and bagging. <p>The Auto Electrician is responsible for installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing all electronic, electrical, and computer-managed systems across a mixed fleet of passenger cars and heavy-duty trucks. <p>Carry out aircraft maintenance, servicing, inspection, and related activities in accordance with approved maintenance data, company procedures, and instructions from the Licensed Aircraft Engineer. Assist Licensed Aircraft Engineers with aircraft arrival and departure inspections, transit checks, walk-around inspections, defect troubleshooting, rectification, and other approved maintenance activities. Operate and utilize specialized aircraft maintenance equipment, test equipment, ground support equipment, and tooling effectively and safely, as required for inspection, testing, servicing, component replacement, and maintenance activities. Ensure all tools, equipment, and ground support equipment are operated correctly and safely, and maintained in good working and serviceable condition. Maintain proper control and accountability of all tools and equipment used during maintenance activities, ensuring they are serviceable, properly calibrated where applicable, and within the required inspection and certification validity. Immediately report any safety hazard, maintenance error, incident, accident, aircraft damage, or other reportable occurrence to the responsible Licensed Aircraft Engineer or supervisor, and complete the required occurrence or incident reports. Ensure adequate pre-work preparation is completed, including the availability of required tools, equipment, materials, and maintenance documentation, to support safe and efficient work execution. Comply with all applicable Airport Authority rules, company procedures, policies, regulations, and operational requirements.
