<p>Responsible in measuring, re-measurements and reporting on quantities of the Work following the Contract qualifications. Responsible for measuring all the construction activities and quantities as well as utilized Materials, Labor, Plant &amp; Equipment. Responsible for the final account preparation. Responsible for the final Cost Estimate used for validation and calibration of Purchase Orders. Responsible for actual recordings of the original BoQ and Changes. Responsible for the review of the BoQ and MTO or BOM at any Design and Engineering phase.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Degree/Diploma in Technical Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) with Minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying in a major Construction environment.</p>

<p><b>Industrial Electrical Technician Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>knowledgeable and technical experience about CNC and PLC details.</li><li>Troubleshoot malfunctions of any electrical system must make inspections and assess potential problems and recommend changes or upgrades to electrical systems to increase productivity and functionality.</li><li>Perform regular tests to new and existing electrical systems equipment and machinery both to spot potential problems and to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality.</li><li>knowledge in Problem Solving Process and Root cause analysis.</li><li>Provide regular scheduled electrical mechanical monitoring Activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>ITI/Diploma Candidates with Good experience 3-5 years in any Engineering company.</li><li>Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering</li><li>Good Verbal &amp; written communication skills in English with problem solving.</li></ul>
