Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily crushing plant operations, ensuring optimal throughput and material quality.
- Supervise and direct a team of crusher operators and maintenance personnel, fostering a productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
- Monitor crushing equipment performance, troubleshooting mechanical issues and coordinating timely repairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
•Gcc experienced preferred,
•Salary - 180 + accommodation,
•Ability to purchase the spare parts also,
•Oman light driving license needed.
•Visa will be provided.
