<p>We are seeking a results-driven and technically adept Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our commercial vehicle range including light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks, pickups, and utility vehicles "across Muscat and surrounding territories. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of commercial transport requirements (payloads, body builder specifications, axle capacities) with structured corporate sales techniques to expand market share across fleets, logistics providers, FMCG distributors, construction firms, and SME/government clients.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>1. <p><b>Responsibilities</b><br>Develop and manage business relationships with government ministries, public authorities, banks, and private-sector employers to generate corporate training revenue.<br>Identify decision-makers, secure face-to-face meetings, and deliver sales presentations positioning accredited training and development programmes.<br>Maintain vendor registration and prequalification status on government procurement portals, and track, prepare, and submit tenders and RFPs before deadline.<br>Draft commercial proposals and formal client correspondence in Arabic and English, coordinating scoping, pricing, and trainer availability internally.<br>Plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting the annual programme calendar across LinkedIn, email, and sector events, and represent the organisation at HR forums and exhibitions.<br>Serve as the client's point of contact from enquiry through delivery handling scheduling, logistics, attendance, certification, and post-programme feedback and convert delivered programmes into renewals and references.<br>Maintain a complete CRM pipeline, submit weekly and monthly performance reports against targets, and follow up on invoicing and collections.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.<br>3 5 years of business development, corporate sales, or key account management experience in Oman; exceptional fresh graduates with demonstrated initiative will also be considered.<br>Established network among HR and L&D decision-makers in Omani ministries, banks, or large employers, with a quantified record of closed business (experienced applicants).<br>Practical understanding of Omani government procurement tender portals, prequalification, and bid submission.<br>Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn lead generation, and digital campaign tools; willingness to adopt AI-assisted productivity tools.<br>Excellent negotiation, presentation, organisational, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the resilience to work to revenue targets.<br>Fluent Arabic and English written and spoken. Written Arabic to formal correspondence standard is essential.<br>Valid Omani driving licence.</p>
<p><h4>Principal accountabilities</h4>
<p>The warehouse operations supervisor is responsible to the site manager for the effective management of all functions supporting the Category II Satellite supply account. Responsible for effective supervision of subordinates. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).</p>
<p>Ensures the condition and identification of all items received, stored, issued, turned-in, shipped or transferred to and from the supply account.</p>
<p>Manages the shelf-life program and provides technical assistance to the other functions on site as required.</p>
<p>Ensures the inspection of local purchase assets, delivered under contracts that require acceptance.</p>
<p>Research part numbers to obtain National Stock Numbers (NSNs) that need loading.</p>
<p>Maintains a limited file of technical orders and research materials. Issue items to maintenance quality control and the Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) kit monitor to ensure TCTO modifications and preservation are conducted.</p>
<p>Establishes an aggressive quality assurance/inspection program to ensure that all Material Storage and Distribution (MS&D) functions are in compliance with applicable warehousing procedures and safety practices. Provides inspection reports to the MS&D supervisor and inspected activity.</p>
<p>Manages the Material Deficiency Report and Supply Discrepancy Report (SDR) programs.</p>
<p>Acts as point of contact for coordination with the Environmental Manager on storage requirements for health hazard items.</p>
<p>Develops standards for subordinates. Implements the precepts of quality assurance within the guidelines set forth in the ISO 9001 program. Ensures that all work is completed to this quality standard and provides employees with feedback on their progress.</p>
