<p>Execute Electrical Maintenance Works B-60, under delegated authority and direction from TL Maintenance B60 as Technical Service provider of maintenance and execution of minor projects, modifications in accordance with the technical standards to maintain the assets through: (1) Leading the design Maintenance Electrical services on planned / un-planned maintenance works utilizing best practice. <p>Objective: The Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of investment opportunities within the assigned sector, including origination, evaluation, structuring, transaction execution, active asset management, value creation and exit. The role supports the Sector Head / CIO in developing and reviewing the sector investment thesis, priorities and pipeline, and contributes to translating sector themes and opportunities into investable products, funds, co-investments and other structures. The Manager works closely with Capital Raising and other relevant functions to support early investor market sounding and refine investment propositions, while maintaining strong ownership of the investment substance, execution and performance of assigned investments.</p>
<p>Key Tasks: Support the Sector Head / CIO in developing, reviewing and updating the investment thesis, strategic priorities and investment pipeline for the assigned sector. Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the assigned sector, including market structure, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, valuation benchmarks, investment themes, risks and emerging opportunities. Proactively originate, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of investment opportunities through relationships with companies, entrepreneurs, advisors, industry participants, shareholders and other relevant stakeholders. Evaluate investment opportunities through market and sector analysis, commercial and financial assessment, risk-return analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring and negotiation. Develop and review robust financial models, valuation analyses, investment cases, sensitivities and scenarios to assess viability, returns, downside risks and key value drivers. Prepare investment memorandums and recommendations for review and approval through the company s applicable investment governance process. Lead or coordinate transaction execution for assigned opportunities, including due diligence workstreams, structuring, documentation, negotiations, financing and closing, in coordination with internal and external advisors. Identify opportunities that may be developed as direct investments, funds, co-investments or other scalable investment products. Develop and support the structuring of new investment products and funds arising from the assigned sector, including the investment thesis, target assets, return profile, risk parameters, deployment strategy, pipeline and key commercial terms. Work closely with the Capital Raising team from an early stage of product development to support investor market sounding, provide the investment content required for investor engagement, assess feedback and refine the investment proposition, structure and terms as appropriate. Manage assigned investments actively throughout the ownership period and ensure performance is assessed against the approved investment case, strategic objectives and agreed KPIs. Develop and implement value creation plans for assigned investments, including financial, operational, strategic, governance, growth and capital optimization initiatives. Work proactively with portfolio company management, boards and relevant stakeholders to monitor performance, address key issues, support strategic initiatives and drive agreed value creation priorities. Identify material underperformance, risks or deviations from the investment case at an early stage and develop appropriate recommendations and corrective action plans for consideration by the Sector Head / CIO and relevant governance bodies. Maintain and periodically update financial models, valuations, portfolio analysis and investment performance assessments for existing investments. Support investee companies in relevant strategic and financial matters, including annual budgets, business plans, growth initiatives, financing, restructuring, governance enhancement and IPO readiness, where applicable. Develop and periodically review exit strategies for assigned investments, including strategic sale, secondary transaction, IPO, refinancing, recapitalization or other realization options, and recommend the appropriate route and timing for consideration and approval. Ensure that potential exit pathways and realization considerations are incorporated into the investment thesis, underwriting and value creation plan from the outset. Lead or support the execution of approved exits, including preparation, valuation, advisor coordination, buyer/investor engagement, negotiation, due diligence and transaction closing. Generate periodic investment, sector and asset management reports and provide clear analysis of portfolio performance, risks, value creation progress and exit readiness. Support continuous improvement of investment processes, asset management practices and governance framework, including governance practices within investee companies. Maintain awareness of local, regional and international economic, capital market, private market and sector developments relevant to TANMIA s investment and asset management activities. Liaise with the bankers, shareholders to channelize the company funds effectively and with organization s lawyers to determine legal and taxation consequences of alternative structures for proposed investments. Carry out other related duties and responsibilities as required.</p>
<p>Technical and Soft Skills: Strong understanding and experience in building financial models and valuations. Sound investment judgment, problem-solving ability and commercial instincts. Strong understanding of sector-based investing, active asset management, value creation and exit planning. Ability to translate sector themes and opportunities into credible institutional investment products and propositions. Good understanding of fund structures, co-investments, institutional investor requirements and the interaction between investment teams and Capital Raising. Strong transaction leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and project management capabilities. Strong quantitative, analytical, written and presentation skills. Ability to take end-to-end ownership of assigned workstreams while operating effectively within established investment governance and approval authorities. High attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to operate effectively in a lean and agile environment.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Experience / Knowledge: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, principal investing, asset management or a related investment field, with demonstrated exposure to transaction execution and portfolio / asset management. Experience in sector-focused investing, value creation, investment product or fund development and exit execution is preferred.</p>
<p>Qualification : Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any equivalent certificate is required. Master s Degree in Finance, CFA or relevant professional certification is preferable .</p>
