<p>Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs of diesel engines and heavy vehicles/equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine-related faults. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Inspect engines, transmissions, brakes, cooling, fuel, and hydraulic systems. Repair or replace defective mechanical components, parts, and assemblies. Perform engine servicing, tuning, overhauling, and routine inspections. Maintain heavy equipment and vehicles in safe and proper operating condition. Use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment for fault finding and repairs. Maintain maintenance records and report major faults to the supervisor. Follow workshop/site safety procedures and use required PPE.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass / 10th Pass all can be considered. Experience: Preferably 2 5+ years of relevant Diesel Mechanic experience . Candidates with experience in heavy vehicles, trucks, buses, construction equipment, generators, or industrial machinery preferred. Practical knowledge of diesel engine repair and maintenance is essential. GCC/Oman experience will be an advantage. Follow the shifting procedure/plans and travelling route/ load details etc. Familiar with heavy lifting vehicles and its system (for trouble shooting finding the route cause ) Good reading & understanding command on operating function/lever (able to understand LCD parameter/function) Knowledge about loading / unloading and balance identification and fully aware about signal/and road signs as per the local ROP regulations. Co-ordination with production division and other heavy lift operators Aware about safety concern during operation/parking and Near miss/ incident/accident to be reported.
