<ul><li><p>Develop production action plan as per OPC farms requirments </p></li><li><p>Develop & supervise preventive maintenance action plan </p></li><li><p> Lead the implementation of actions plan to ensure right feed type at right location/farm</p></li><li><p>Schedule the raw materials arrangement, items and spare parts availability used at feed mill to scure unintrupted feed supply </p></li><li><p>Schedule productions according to weekly plan forwarded by Operation manager/ Plot site managers </p></li><li><p>Ensure the clean, disinfection, fumigation and sterilization for store, silo and other facilities as per plan </p></li><li><p>Ensure the additives and premix stock , raw materials avaialbility in accordance to production plans </p></li><li><p>Ensure receipt of raw materials and items accordance the specification and quantities required </p></li><li><p>Ensure the storage requirments accordance to standards </p></li><li><p>Ensure the right working time of Silo fan </p></li><li><p>Manage load of raw materials process. </p></li><li><p>Manage & monitor closely manufacturing process </p></li><li><p>Evaluate the out put of production quantity with raw materials consumed to evaluate losses </p></li><li><p>Ensure the efficiency of production comparing to standard </p></li><li><p>Ensure the quality of production with lowest cost and suitable time </p></li><li><p> Ensure the right utilize of resource to optimise mill efficinecy </p></li><li><p> Manage the preventive, corrective and emergency breakdown and maintenance </p></li><li><p>Manage the electrical, mechanical installations works </p></li><li><p> Ensure the efficiency of machinery, equipment's and boiler </p></li><li><p> Follow up all records includes parameters, compressor, motor control center (MCC) readings, cold rooms, machine and boiler bearing temperature </p></li><li><p> Ensure the efficiency of sieve & keep the repord </p></li><li><p> Ensure the right chemical dose at boiler & record to be registered </p></li><li><p> Ensure the right water quantity used at boiler </p></li><li><p>Ensure the right utilize of energy and diesel </p></li><li><p>Ensure the conservation and optimal use of energy, diesel, machine and equipment's </p></li><li><p> Ensure the implant of greasing work process </p></li><li><p>Ensure the documentation of all operation process as per ISO, HACCP and FSMS certifications </p></li><li><p>Submit the necessary reports related to the aforementioned topics </p></li><li><p> Rotate to provide services according to company working shift </p></li><li><p>Any work if and when required </p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Manage Feed manufacturing process to ensure the availability of quality feed to flocks , production starting from receiving raw materials, maintenance of, equipment's and boiler, manage the necessary maintenance to ensure the efficiency and progress of manufacturing</p>
