<p>Business Owner ADV / projet SAP S/4HANA F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur & Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Dans un contexte de forte croissance du monde du service dans l'aéronautique et pour faire face à la montée en cadence de l'activité de maintenance et réparation des moteurs au sein de notre entreprise, notre Direction Support & Services doit accélérer sa transformation digitale pour offrir le meilleur accompagnement aux entités opérationnelles et permettre l'atteinte des performances attendues. <br>Pour cela, un projet d'ampleur visant à remplacer notre ERP SAP (version ECC6) utilisé pour les activités MRO doit être remplacé par SAP S/4HANA, c'est le projet MyMRO.<br>Le projet doit démarrer sa phase de cadrage avant la fin d'année avec une revue profonde des activités car l'outil actuel a plus de 15 ans. <br>Vos missions principales sont :<br>• de participer à la définition des besoins fonctionnels en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les Métiers,<br>• de travailler à la conception détaillée de la solution en collaboration avec notre intégrateur et les métiers concernés, en animant ou co-animant des ateliers de travail, et en validant les orientations<br>• de valider les documents de conception détaillée rédigés par l'intégrateur à l'issue des ateliers de travail ou apporter au domain leader ADV les éléments nécessaires à la validation de ces documents<br>• de collecter les données nécessaires au paramétrage de la solution SAPi<br>• de préparer les phases de recette de la solution en détaillant les cas de test à jouer<br>• de tester la solution dans l'environnement de test, de déclarer et suivre les écarts avec le comportement prévu<br>• de participer à la conception des document de formation<br>• de participer à la construction des plans de bascule<br>• de participer aux opérations de migration des données des SI legacy vers SAP<br>• de participer aux opérations de bascule<br>• de supporter les utilisateurs post-bascule</p><br><br><p>- Vous disposez d'une expérience significative en ADV dans un environnement complexe.<br>- Vous avez une solide expérience des projets SAP S/4HANA.<br>- Vous maîtrisez l'analyse des besoins métiers, la gestion de projet et les interactions entre équipes métiers et IT.<br>- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à travailler en équipe et en transverse, ainsi que pour vos qualités de communication et d'écoute.<br>- Vous disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais.</p><br><br><br> </div>
