General Purpose Serve as Atyab Group s in-house legal authority, providing the CEO, executive leadership and business functions with timely, practical legal counsel that enables sound decisions and protects the Group s interests. The role safeguards the company s legal position by drafting and negotiating its contracts and corporate documents, advising on legal risk, exposure and options, and ensuring the Group s actions comply with the applicable laws and regulatory framework. It manages the Group s litigation, disputes and regulatory matters directly and through external counsel and leads the legal team, contributing to corporate sustainability and growth in the short and long term. Main Accountabilities Legal Advisory & Business Support <ul> <li>Provide timely, high-quality legal advice, opinions, legal analysis, options and recommendations to Atyab Group s businesses and functions across all relevant jurisdictions to support the achievement of strategic objectives.</li> <li>Provide legal support to facilitate business operations, new business development and business growth, advising on structuring, feasibility and associated legal risk.</li> <li>Provide comprehensive interpretation of the law and its corporate implications so that company representatives are fully aware of the consequences, mitigating legal risk and ensuring Atyab Group s activities are carried out lawfully.</li> </ul> Contracts & Corporate Documentation <ul> <li>Draft, review, negotiate and finalize a broad range of contracts and agreements (commercial, procurement, services, partnership, distribution, NDAs and similar), ensuring terms protect Atyab Group s interests and comply with the applicable legal framework.</li> <li>Review and advise on official corporate documents and governance matters (BOD minutes, resolutions, acts, corporate contracts, partnership documentation, anti-bribery, corruption, whistle-blower, sanctions, export controls, trademark and brand) to ensure alignment with the legal framework.</li> <li>Develop and maintain practical legal templates, guidelines and a compliance toolkit for managers, supervisors and employees to follow in performing their duties.</li> <li>Regulatory, Risk & Compliance</li> <li>Lead the research, analysis and interpretation of current and proposed laws, statutes and regulations in the jurisdictions where Atyab Group operates or develops business, assess their impact, and recommend practical legal solutions and required implementation actions.</li> <li>Identify, assess and report the company s legal exposures and propose mitigating actions and preventive measures to minimize risk to the company and its employees.</li> <li>Continuously monitor the company s actions and plans for potential legal exposure and flag any areas of concern, including action plans, recommendations and solutions.</li> </ul> Litigation, Disputes & External Counsel <ul> <li>Oversee and advise on the progress of litigation, disputes, claims and potential settlement processes, instructing and coordinating with external counsel to secure outcomes in Atyab Group s best interest.</li> <li>Engage and supervise approved external law firms when necessary, ensuring legal services are delivered on time, to the highest quality and to cost-effective standards.</li> </ul> People & Stakeholder Management <ul> <li>Supervise, guide and develop the legal team allocating work, reviewing output, ensuring quality and supporting their professional growth.</li> <li>Manage day-to-day legal relationships with key stakeholders, particularly governmental authorities and regulatory bodies, as well as external counsel and consultants.</li> <li>Undertake any other related duties, projects or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the CEO or management, in line with the role and the evolving needs of the business.</li> </ul> Education <ul> <li>Bachelor s degree in Law. <h4>Job Description</h4> The Power Gen Mechanic operates, maintains, tests, repairs, services and stores electrical generating equipment, water distribution systems, flood lights, air compressors and aircraft arresting systems. Job purpose Provide strategic leadership, technical direction, and management oversight for exploration activities across OQEP s operated and joint-venture new assets, leading a multidisciplinary Geoscience (G&G) team to deliver a robust inventory of prospects and leads, high-quality geological evaluations across diverse reservoirs, fluids, and maturity levels, and well-matured exploration and appraisal opportunities underpinned by sound data-acquisition strategies. The role is accountable for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all asset-related operational activities, for managing contracts and controlling exploration expenditure to optimise value, and for developing the long-term asset exploration strategy together with a robust annual Work Program and Budget (WP&B). As the senior exploration interface, the position leads engagement with the Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MEM) and joint-venture partners, directs JV and EPSA governance processes to secure all necessary internal, partner, and external approvals, and conducts regular asset performance reviews to sustain exploration growth and safeguard the Company s commercial and reputational interests. Develop and drive the long-term exploration strategy and the annual Work Program and Budget (WP&B), securing internal, partner, and MEM approvals. Oversee the risking and ranking of exploration opportunities and endorse recommendations presented at Peer Reviews, Peer Assists, and Functional Reviews under the Company s Value Assurance Framework. Direct the planning, delivery, and evaluation of well operations including Geotech documentation, data acquisition, well proposals, and post-well analyses ensuring alignment with business objectives and definition of data-gathering requirements such as logging and coring. Champion the effective use of specialist studies (sedimentological, diagenetic, micropalaeontological, hydrocarbon fingerprinting, etc.) to strengthen subsurface understanding and decision quality. In the Sultanate of Oman, GGGI has partnered with the Government through the leadership of the Environment Authority (EA) to develop the "Accelerating Resilience and Innovation for Sustainable Ecosystems management" (ARISE) Program. The ARISE Program is a USD 100 million initiative spanning six years, designed to deliver climate action, ecosystem restoration, and economic growth through Nature-based Solutions (NbS) integrated into the Bioeconomy and Sustainable Special Economic Zones (SSEZs). The program ultimately targets the restoration of 30,000 hectares of land, an estimated 750,000 tCO2e/year in greenhouse gas emission reductions, and the creation of over 1,000 green jobs. The implementation of the ARISE Program is structured around two phases. Phase 1 will cover 2 years, and Phase 2 will be over 4 years. The funding has been approved for Phase 1.PURPOSE<ul><li>Support the preparation of Work Plan and conduct related analysis for a dedicated Infrastructure and Sustainability Trust Fund (ISTF) in partnership with a national development bank.</li><li>Contribute to the drafting of the ISTF Operating Manual and related validation process.</li><li>Support operationalization of the ISTF.</li><li>Contribute to the development of risk management tools for the domestic bank partner to manager debt and equity portfolios, as well as monitoring, reporting and verification mechanisms.</li><li>Support the development of an investment pipeline in alignment with ARISE program and its thematic priorities.</li><li>Prepare investment documentations, including investment briefs, memos, presentations, financial models, and scenario analysis.</li><li>Lead investment roadshows from targeting appropriate funding institutions and agencies such as international funds, bilateral and multilateral funding mechanisms, private equity funds, guarantee funds and other climate investors.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to junior staff in the country team.</li></ul>ENGAGEMENT<ul><li>The scope of work will include indenting and engaging with government partners, private and public sector finance institutions and initiatives.
