<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Quality Manager is responsible for leading all quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance functions across AMDC's dairy manufacturing operations. The role ensures that products consistently meet Omani and international food safety standards, that HACCP-based management systems are implemented and maintained, and that the company's quality culture is embedded at every level of the operation. The Quality Manager reports directly to the AGM/ Acting CEO and works closely with the supply chain, production, and commercial teams.</p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :</p><ul><li>Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams across plant and Milk Collection Centre (MCC) operations.</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain the company's Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in compliance with Omani Food Safety Law and international standards (ISO 22000 / HACCP).</li><li>Oversee all HACCP plans, Critical Control Point (CCP) monitoring, and corrective action processes.</li><li>Manage the QC laboratory: calibration schedules, test accuracy, raw milk acceptance criteria, and finished product release.</li><li>Conduct and coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and third-party certification audits.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) for non-conformances, customer complaints, and product recalls.</li><li>Establish and enforce raw milk quality specifications at Hajeef, Ghado, and Zeek MCCs; liaise with the CSCO on supplier quality performance.</li><li>Manage cold chain compliance; ensure pasteurization, chilling, and storage parameters are within validated limits.</li><li>Develop and deliver quality training programs for production and MCC staff.</li><li>Prepare quality KPI reports and present findings to the Acting General Manager monthly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Oman Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries &amp; Water Resources (MAFWR) and relevant municipal health authority requirements.</li><li>Support new product development (NPD) initiatives from a quality and food safety perspective.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a food or dairy manufacturing environment.</li><li>Lead Auditor certification in ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or equivalent GFSI-recognized scheme.</li><li>Formal HACCP training and practical implementation experience (mandatory).</li><li>Experience with Omani or GCC food safety regulations is strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to manage and develop a technical team.</li><li>Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul><p>KEY COMPETENCIES :</p><ul><li>Technical rigour and attention to detail in laboratory and process environments.</li><li>Strong leadership and team development capability.</li><li>Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving (RCA / CAPA).</li><li>Clear communication with management, operational staff, and external auditors.</li><li>Ability to build a quality-first culture across diverse teams.</li></ul><p>AUTHORITY &amp; DECISION RIGHTS :</p><ul><li>Authority to place product on hold or initiate a product recall pending GM approval.</li><li>Authority to reject non-conforming raw milk or packaging materials.</li><li>Approval authority for QC laboratory procedures and HACCP documentation.</li></ul><p></p></section>

<p>The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall planning, execution, supervision, coordination, and successful delivery of wastewater projects contracts. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining stakeholder coordination, and achieving contractual performance objectives in line with organizational goals.</p><p>The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and successful delivery of all ongoing and planned wastewater projects and contracts, from the initial planning stage through to project handover. This shall include ensuring the provision of all necessary support required for effective operations and maintenance. The responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:</p><ul><li>Providing overall leadership and direction to the NDS project team &amp; OE</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.</li><li>Monitoring project progress, budget, KPIs, and contractor performance.</li><li>Administer and manage contracts in accordance with approved terms and conditions.</li><li>Review variations, claims, cost estimates, and financial implications of proposed changes.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and expenditure control.</li><li>Oversee design reviews, technical submissions, method statements, and engineering deliverables.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance on optimization, rehabilitation, and expansion projects.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between Client, Contractors, Consultants, and Regulatory Authorities.</li><li>Attend and lead progress meetings, technical reviews, and coordination sessions.</li><li>Prepare and submit executive reports to senior management and committees.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.</li><li>Lead value engineering initiatives and long-term strategic planning for wastewater infrastructure.</li><li>Evaluate feasibility, return on investment, and lifecycle cost analysis for</li><li>Provide guidance and mentoring to engineering and operations staff.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record keeping.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by NDS management as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 20 - 25 years of overall professional experience.</li><li>At least 15 - 18 years experience in wastewater projects.</li><li>Proven experience in managing large scale contracts and/or construction supervision of wastewater systems.</li><li>The Experience should be but not limited to the Water reclamation plant /Sewage Treatment Plant, Sewer Network, TSE Network &amp; Emergency outfall.</li><li>Well versed knowledge with ORACLE project management and costing module.</li><li>Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement procedures, and project controls.</li><li>Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be an added advantage.</li><li>Strong leadership, decision making, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities.</li><li>Strong analytical, financial management, and risk assessment capabilities.</li><li>Good understanding of HSE regulations, statutory requirements, and quality management systems (ISO standards).</li></ul>
