<p>Ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of OETC s assets. This role involves developing and optimizing maintenance plans using CMMS and leveraging data from the online condition monitoring system. The engineer ensures alignment with global best practices, including ISO 55001, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to address asset performance issues and enhance maintenance strategies</p>
<p> Assist with the development of Asset Performance Framework, Strategies, Objectives, Plans, and Asset Risk Register.</p>
<p> Develop, upload, and manage annual maintenance plans in the CMMS, utilizing historical data and asset performance trends to optimize reliability and minimize downtime</p>
<p> Assist in the development and implementation of best-practice asset management standards, policies, and procedures in line with ISO 55001 and other global standards</p>
<p> Review, validate, and update work orders in the CMMS to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with maintenance schedules</p>
<p> Identify and address missing, overdue, or incomplete work orders, ensuring data integrity and timely execution of maintenance tasks</p>
<p> Monitor the execution of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, schedules, and quality standards</p>
<p> Follow up on incomplete or delayed maintenance tasks, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues and minimize disruptions</p>
<p> Prepare and present maintenance progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement</p>
<p> Work closely with relevant departments, including operations, performance engineering, and field teams, to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution</p>
<p> Ensure seamless integration of OLCM data with the CMMS to enable data-driven decision-making</p>
<p> Collaborate with performance engineers to analyze asset performance data, identify reliability and asset health risks, and provide input to develop proactive and targeted maintenance strategies</p>
<p> Highlight performance-related concerns and incorporate them into maintenance plans to address potential risks and improve asset reliability</p>
<p> Provide feedback to performance engineers on maintenance outcomes to support continuous improvement and innovation in asset management practices</p>
<p> Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance planning, execution, and asset performance</p>
<p> Contribute to the preparation of business and work plans to achieve technical deliverable</p>
<p> Manage and review critical spares requirements, coordinating with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of resources, tools, and spare parts, minimizing downtime during maintenance activities</p>
<p> Contributes to continuous improvement and innovation in optimized asset maintenance plans.</p>
<p> Adhere to the Company s health, safety, environmental and security policies always and immediately report violations of these policies to OETC health, safety & environment representatives;</p>
<p> Knowledge and Understanding of Asset Management, HSE Management System and IT Security Standard Requirements according to ISO55001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and ISO 27001 to carry out the assigned duties as per the roles and responsibilities matrix.</p>

<p> <strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong> </p>
<p>To ensure the effective implementation of efficient Work and Outage management process /execution in each cluster business. Drive the continuous improvement and optimization of the respective business processes together with cost-driven value creation (inventory, maintenance digitalization,.) to position the fleet within the top quartile globally over the project lifecycle.</p>
<p> </p>
<p> <strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: </strong> </p>
<p> <strong>Plant performance:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and report the cluster KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, highlighting deviation and record reasons for variance. Prepare an action plan to close the gaps, in close coordination with each site, to ensure timely corrective action with all concerned Cluster stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure Cluster business monthly MIS report is prepared, circulated to all stakeholders highlighting the achievements of KPI targets.</li>
<li>Ensure Audits observations related to work Planning and process within a cluster are properly addressed and closure in time to improve plant performance and customer satisfaction</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Maintenance Planning Outage Management: </strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure an effective implementation of the Maintenance Strategy including Critical assets PM alignment with EPRI, SCD management and SPOF Mitigation Planning corporate guideline.</li>
<li>Ensure the corporate Maintenance Planning and Scheduling procedure, computerized maintenance management processes are effectively implemented to a prudent maintenance planning regime.</li>
<li>Drive the continuous improvement process of Maintenance Procedures/ programs to ensure high level of reliability and resource efficiency within the business.</li>
<li>To ensure an effective Planned Maintenance Optimization program for each of the assets within the cluster, to ensure resources utilization based on Criticality and improve wrench time.</li>
<li>Carryout analysis of similar assets PM efforts within a cluster and calibrate with other clusters to ensure standardization across the fleets aligning with corporate guideline.</li>
<li>Carryout periodic Cluster assessment to ensure an effective maintenance program implementation, execution, and closure with quality records.</li>
<li>Ensure SPOF & Critical equipment Spares, BOM availability and support cluster business in Spares replenishment process coordinating with business and SCM.</li>
<li>Ensure that Corporate Outage Management Procedure is effectively implemented across the cluster complying KPI at each outage phase.</li>
<li>Ensure close coordination with NMES to align the outage schedule and optimize resources loading within a cluster (as applicable).</li>
<li>Ensure availability of critical spares and right sufficient resources in place and on time as per outage event</li>
<li>Coordinate with the cluster engineering team to ensure Outage TILS, insurance recommendation, ROS enhancement outage related jobs are planned adequately.</li>
<li>Ensure post outage lesson learnt captured with closure action plan KPIs are achieved.</li>
<li>Conduct a session with cluster Finance before and after outage for outage cost variances analyses, improvement action plan and implementation for the next outage (as applicable)</li>

<p> <strong>New Build /Project Mobilization:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure effective implementation of Project Mobilization and takeover procedure in the cluster business as applicable for new projects.</li>
<li>Ensure updated mobilization plans within the cluster with its regular follow up, reporting of major deviations from agreed plan and mitigation.</li>
<li>Work with Cluster management and new project site teams in the development of lifecycle maintenance planning (in accordance with OEM recommendation and EPRI PMBD).</li>
<li>Support respective cluster plant in preparation of master mobilization plan achieving O&M readiness before COD/PCOD.</li>
<li>Support business in the preparation of CMMS master data aligning with the standard including criticality ranking, SCD, SPOF identification as per corporate procedure.</li>
<li>Ensure Mobilization actions are compiled in a given time frame. </li>
<li>Coordinate with Engineering team to ensure Technical Risk Register review and actions are identified with mitigation plan, timeline, and action owner.</li>

<li>Monitor and report the Maintenance cost variances v/s budget to cluster management and add value in mitigation action plan to improve financial bottom line.</li>
<li>Review the maintenance cost Vs budget with the budget team and advise the mitigation to each site to improve the financial bottom line.</li>
<li>Add a value in the cluster P&L improvement by implementation of effective maintenance strategy and resources utilization.</li>

<p>To manage the Maintenance activities for all Company s offshore assists such as SPMs facilities, Marine Loading Arms/hoses and all other offshore assets (Seawater Intake Screen, Navigation Aids, Marker Buoys, Subsea Pipelines, etc) and any future offshore assets installed by OTTCO under the supervision of lead marine.</p>

<p>The incumbent will be representative of the Company for maintenance activities at marine / offshore side with the offshore maintenance contractor, responsible for the safe and timely maintenance of the offshore facilities and to have shared responsibility to provide functional leadership for the safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally sound operation of offshore facilities with marine operations team, regardless the number of assists. The responsibilities shall be as outlined, but not limited to, below:</p>

<li>Be ready to act as incident commander in the event of any marine related emergencies at the Marine facility and responsible for the development and continuous improvement of all marine aspects of offshore maintenance.</li>
<li>Maintenance PM and CM for all offshore assistance: attend all PM on time as per scheduled plan with no delays and achievement without any backlog though the year as per OEM. CM to be cleared on time without any impact on operations.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining the availability of SPMs and their system by 100% all through the year and during operations for crude unloading by ensuring the following as minimum including all offshore assists:</li>

<li>Ensure SPM availability as per O&M contract.</li>
<li>Lead maintenance team to ensure all SPMs maintenance carried out as per OEM recommendation and RCM studies.</li>
<li>Ensures all necessary equipment s /SPMs are ready for the operations.</li>
<li>Ensure planning and completing of SPMs annual maintenance.</li>
<li>Ensure planning and completing SPMs 6m maintenance.</li>
<li>Ensure calibration Of SPMs instrumentation.</li>
<li>Regular Maintenance and Check for spare SPM, make sure Its availability in case of any emergency.</li>
<li>Prepare SPM swapping/ replacement procedure, ensure that spare SPMs is ready for installation at any time.</li>

<li>Interprets inspection findings and determines adequacy of corrective actions.</li>
<li>Reviews maintenance management publications, time compliance technical orders and procedures for accuracy and currency, confirms corrective actions and accuracy of aircraft maintenance records.</li>
<li>Recommends methods to improve equipment performance and maintenance procedures. Acts as quality assurance for the trade.</li>
<li>Performs OJT and instruction, supervises and accepts work performed by RAFO technicians, acts as supervisor and mentor for the shop and directs daily maintenance performed.</li>
