<p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance. Lead Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones. Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects. Lead a Team of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider Captains. Document weekly updates on all logistics operations KPIs to line-manager along with actionable improvement items.
