<p> Updates Company s Capital Working in Progress (CWIP) on monthly basis and reconciles the CWIP to match it with the Projects Module in the Oracle Financial System to ensure accuracy. </p>
<p> Reviews and monitors the issued Purchase Orders through the Purchasing & Finance approval Hierarchy within the Oracle Financial System. </p>
<p> Prepares and maintains monthly Operating Expenditure (OPEX) accruals reconciliation to ensure correctness. </p>
<p> Updates the Usufruct Details / information on a periodic basis to ensure all grid stations which under the usufruct contracts are entered efficiently in coordination with the Projects Department & Administration Department. </p>

<strong>Engineering & technical leadership</strong><br>

<li>Lead all telecommunications scope during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases</li>

<p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance. Lead Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones. Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects. Lead a Team of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider Captains. Document weekly updates on all logistics operations KPIs to line-manager along with actionable improvement items. Monitor, Control, and Optimize our internal Service Level KPIs on allocated zones and rider-level. Manage rider rooster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc. Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer and Rider Supervisor. Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment. Oversee and decrease rider-level cancellations, and ensure an action plan has been developed and executed. Groom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc). Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve performance of low performing riders. Monitor riders performance on individual level and responsible for coaching/warning riders.
