<p>We are seeking an experienced PCC System Lead to lead and coordinate system based precommissioning and commissioning activities on a large LNG facility. The role has full system ownership, providing leadership to system engineers and commissioning teams from mechanical completion through commissioning, startup support, and handover to operations.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on, site based leadership role, suited to senior commissioning professionals with strong EPC project experience.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>

<li>Lead system based planning, execution strategy, and sequencing in line with the commissioning philosophy</li>

<li>Ensure mechanical completion readiness and controlled handover to precommissioning</li>

<p>Minimum of 20 years total experience in engineering or consultancy of oil and gas facilities, including a minimum of 15 years’ experience in TSE in onshore oil and gas facilities with demonstrated TSE deliverables development and assurance experience (BP, Shell, PDO projects experience is mandatory).</p>

<p>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><p>1. Carry out interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic data from the historical seismic databank and from new data received from seismic surveys. Identifies subsurface structure/trapping mechanism and reservoir distribution utilizing geophysical software packages such as Petrel, Geo-Graphix, DSD etc.</p><p>2. Generating plausible geophysical and geological concepts for leads and prospects in all possible plays, with appropriate risks, volume and commercial analysis and in support of a growing inventory of exploration portfolio.</p><p>3. Establish and maintain up-to-date Exploration Prospect Portfolio for all prospects for all levels, shallow to deep plays.</p><p>4. Identify new oil and gas prospects based on comprehensive technical work mainly Geophysical and Geological, from a regional prospective to block and field/prospect level.</p><p>5. Perform detail evaluation of identified prospect to progress to well proposal, presenting to the Management and shareholders to seek approval to drill Exploration wells in which clear conclusions and recommendations are required to the management to make decisions.</p><p>7. Work closely with Exploration geologist and reservoir engineer on analysis work of new found traps to ascertain the most likely locations of reservoir tops and subsequent locations of potential wells.</p><p>8. Identify optimal drilling locations using knowledge of 3D seismic interpretation and knowledge of regional and prospect specific petroleum systems.</p><p>9. Seamless coordination of all exploration-related operations between relevant internal and external parties.</p><p>10. Involvement on Tender documentation preparation and evaluation of bids for any study pertaining seismic; such as seismic data acquisition, survey plan, Processing, Reservoir Characterization, VSP, prospect identification etc.</p><p>11. Follow up and Supervise specialist or outsourced studies of seismic evaluation.</p><p>12. Stays up to date with current developments in seismic and geophysical mapping techniques and software. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark development from the ground up, shaping the engineering and facilities function from pre-opening through to full operations. The ideal candidate is a hospitality engineering leader with a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and proven experience in pre-opening resort or hotel projects.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilitie</b>s:</p><ul><li>Lead all engineering, maintenance, and technical operations during the pre-opening phase and beyond.</li><li>Work closely with the construction, design, and project teams to ensure engineering standards and systems are aligned with brand and safety requirements.</li><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and engineering policies for all areas of the resort (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, fire safety systems, etc.).</li><li>Hire, train, and manage the engineering team to ensure smooth operations from day one.</li><li>Oversee energy management, sustainability efforts, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Manage budgets, equipment procurement, and contractor/vendor relationships.</li><li>Support risk management initiatives, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 8 10 years of experience in engineering or technical services within the hospitality industry.</li><li>At least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably as Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer.</li><li>Pre-opening experience in resorts or hotels is highly preferred.</li><li>Prior work experience in Oman is an advantage</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical/electrical infrastructure, and health & safety standards.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.</li><li>Proven ability to lead diverse teams and work collaboratively with various departments.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.</li></ul>
