<p>JOB PURPOSE</p>
<p>The Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Manager leads MMC's corporate communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement agenda, building trusted relationships with government, communities, media and key business stakeholders. The role is responsible for protecting and enhancing MMC's corporate reputation, strengthening its social licence to operate, and ensuring effective communication and engagement in support of the Company's strategic and operational objectives. The position also coordinates community investment, CSR and local-content initiatives in partnership with relevant business functions.</p>
<p>MAIN TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p>COMMUNICATION STRATEGY & BRAND MANAGEMENT</p>
<p> Develop and implement an effective corporate communication and media relations strategy that promotes, protects, and builds the Company's reputation, in alignment with corporate strategy and priorities.</p>

<p>Certifications (Preferred): </p>
<p> Certification or Diploma in PR, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing is desirable.</p>

<p> Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, or local content-related disciplines is required.</p>
