<p>Role Overview: Revenue Operations is a newly established team within the Customer department. The Revenue Operations team will be a champion for the customer and will play a key role in day-of-departure operations. The Revenue Operations team will support flight disruptions, flight schedule changes, and cancellations to ensure passengers are supported and are rebooked to minimize any impact. This role requires high level coordination with various teams such as IOCC, Ground Operations, Contact Centre, Sales, and any other team concerned to facilitate any situation of irregular operations (IROPS). <p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to FUELS Department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of FUELS assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF. <p>Planning and Executing and supervising all financial transactions at OQ8 including incoming and outgoing funds (treasury), financial analysis record-keeping, Insurance & Compliance under VP Finance scope, acting as single point of accountability and team player of Treasury with direct accountability overs Treasury operations, Insurance and Compliance processes, ensuring the appropriate, changes, to enhance the quality or value in existing methods.</p><p>The position will act in accordance with OQ8 s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines, and standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Omani s government & other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives.</p><p><strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Treasury</strong></p><p>Monitoring cash functions, including cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, short-term investing and borrowing, wire payments, fraud prevention, FX management and hedging, bank account setup and maintenance, bank relationship management, liquidity management, foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments.</p><p>Financial reporting requirements such as finance loan, cost report, and monitoring debts drawdown, equity cash call, debt repayment and interest payment. This includes the execution of a timely/accurate reporting of cash flow reports required by the Chief Financial Officer for review of fund position.</p><p>Preparing & monitoring all OQ8 Finance Debt Cost Budget & Interest cost management.</p><p>Ensure all debt and capital related transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner (e.g., equity cash calls, debt drawdowns, principal payments, interest payments, fees related to facilities</p><p>Administration of the treasury operations and transaction in respect of cash and the management of all OQ8 bank accounts,</p><p>Lead the impact on project returns into commercial terms to support optimization of business decisions.</p><p>Analyses and presents key results of financial analyses to OQ8 team and decision-makers in a clear manner.</p><p>Identifies critical elements to maximize project returns and optimize business risks in these transactions.</p><p>Develop, maintain, and report the medium-to-long term 5-year finance report the actual spend against the annual business plan and the forecast highlighting variances.</p><p>Manages and estimate foreign currency bookings (primarily forward and spot deals), financial
