<p>We are seeking an experienced pre-commissioning and commissioning electrical superintendent to lead and coordinate electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on a major onshore energy development project. The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and compliant execution of all electrical systems through completion, energization, testing, and handover to operations.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will act as a key site-based technical authority, coordinating closely with construction, commissioning, operations, contractors, and engineering teams to deliver systems in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>
<p><strong>Pre-commissioning & commissioning execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise all electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, energization, and system handover.</li>
<li>Ensure readiness of electrical systems for commissioning by validating construction completion, punch list clearance, and mechanical completion dossiers.</li>
<li>Oversee execution of insulation resistance tests, continuity checks, functional testing, loop checks, cable meggering, and high-voltage testing.</li>

<p><strong>Safety & compliance</strong></p>

<li>Lead risk assessments, job hazard analyses (JHA), and method statement reviews related to electrical works.</li>
<li>Enforce (LOTO) and safe isolation procedures during testing and energization.</li>

<p><strong>Team leadership & coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise electrical commissioning supervisors, technicians, and contractors on site.</li>
<li>Allocate manpower, tools, and resources effectively to meet commissioning milestones.</li>
<li>Interface closely with construction, instrumentation, mechanical, and operations teams to resolve inter-disciplinary issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors and OEMs during factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and specialized commissioning activities.</li>

<h4>Qualifications & experience</h4>

<p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to FUELS Department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of FUELS assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF.
