vendor or internal training team; Participate in training for new services / changes in existing services

Medical Marketing Prepare write-ups on cosmetic dermatology topics and advanced technology on a periodical basis
Client Engagement /
Diagnostic
Build rapport with the client; Inquire and understand details of the Skin , Hair , Body concerns; Use
diagnostic tools to arrive at a diagnosis; For complex cases / specialist cases refer the client to a specialist
doctors/seek test results; Identify the best available solution for the concern; Document the plan /
recommended treatment with products from pharma / own product portfolio; Explain and align client on the
treatment details, expectations, results, potential side effect, duration, etc.; Inform client about the
treatment price and package (by taking information from the front desk); Direct them to the CC for closure

Receive the schedule of appointments from CM or CC; Based on type of session conduct patch tests, skin

<p>Job is on Oman</p><p>To lead and execute the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for utilities, infrastructure, and civil projects and to ensure all estimates are based on complete and verified technical and commercial data. To coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals and to support management in pricing strategies and value engineering to secure new business opportunities.</p><p>Operational</p><p>Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ) to identify scope, requirements, and risks. Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Coordinate with procurement for material quotations and supplier comparisons. Liaise with subcontractors to obtain competitive prices and technical compliance. Evaluate technical addenda, clarifications, and pre-bid queries to ensure full understanding of tender requirements. Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
