<h4>Relevant skills and behaviors:</h4>
<p><strong>Core and technical skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4-6 years of experience in indirect tax, more specifically value added tax (VAT) in the GCC region.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields with strong academic background.</li>
<li>Strong academic background with ADIT/accounting, ACA, CPA, ACCA, masters in taxation or legal qualification or similar professional qualification is preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in indirect tax including VAT compliances, VAT advisory, VAT audit/assessments, tax due diligences etc. Experience in excise and customs duty are an added advantage.</li>

<p><strong>Security, safety, and custody of passport</strong></p>
<p>Keep in safe custody the passports and arrange release to employees as and when required.</p>
<p><strong>Government relations</strong></p>
<p>Closely partner with government entities relative to Omanization requirements.</p>
<p><strong>HR activities</strong></p>

<li>Oversee smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and development of new employees in the organization.</li>

Drive Omanisation and in-country value through recruitment, capability development, contracting and supply-chain decisions across the South Cluster. The General Manager is accountable for planning to central design and technical approval SLAs and escalating material delays through the Development PMO.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate or a related discipline; PMP, chartered status or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage. A minimum of 15 years of relevant real-estate, destination or development-delivery experience, including at least 5 years leading multi-project portfolios at Project Director, Development Director or General Manager level. Proven track record of delivering a master-planned community, resort or mixed-use destination through multiple phases, preferably including residential build-to-sell components. Strong experience in residential development, including off-plan sales, escrow requirements, phased construction and customer handover. Extensive experience managing consultants and contractors, with strong commercial knowledge of cost management, contracts, claims and variation control. Experience operating in stage-gated, PMO-driven and matrix delivery environments with central design and technical authorities. Proven government and community stakeholder-management experience; familiarity with Dhofar or southern Oman is a distinct advantage. <p>Département : Global Client & Data (GIT)</p><br><p>Localisation : Neuilly-sur-Seine</p><br><p>Contrat : Stage à pourvoir à compter de janvier 2027 (durée : 6 mois)</p><br><p><u>CONTEXTE</u></p><br><p>Au sein de l’équipe Global Innovation and Transformation, rattachée aux fonctions corporate de CHANEL, vous contribuerez à l’animation et la gouvernance d’un des composants techniques critiques de la maison : la plateforme centrale de données client, source unique et fiable, connectée à plus de 100 touchpoints à travers nos Régions et Divisions.</p><br><p>Dans ce cadre, le département Global Client & Data recherche un(e) stagiaire afin de renforcer son pôle <b>Tech Solution & Delivery Office (SDO)</b>, interface privilégiée entre l'équipe Global IT et l’ensemble des entités utilisatrices de la plateforme.</p><br><p>Le Tech Solution & Delivery Office porte <b>trois missions principales</b> : a. la gouvernance et la communication programme, b. le delivery de la roadmap, et c. le pilotage budgétaire.</p><br><p><b>VOTRE IMPACT CHEZ CHANEL </b></p><br><p>Rattaché(e) au Tech Solution and Delivery Office Senior Manager et en collaboration étroite avec l’ensemble de l’équipe, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :</p><br><ul><li><p>Organiser les <b>réunions</b> et <b>instances récurrentes</b> de l'équipe et du département Global Client & Data : planification, envoi des invitations, préparation des supports en lien avec les membres de l'équipe, rédaction des comptes rendus, gestion logistique pour les réunions trimestrielles offsite ;</p><br></li><li><p>Co-animer la <b>communauté</b> contribuant au projet en <b>partenariat</b> avec l’<b>équipe transverse Business</b> (GPMO) : animation des réunions mensuelles regroupant l’ensemble de la communauté, organisation d’un événement annuel en présentiel (100+ participants) ;</p><br></li><li><p>Gérer les <b>accès</b> à la plateforme et aux ressources associées : validation des droits, audit mensuel des accès, mise à jour des habilitations ;</p><br></li><li><p>Maintenir et actualiser la <b>base documentaire</b> de l'équipe : classement, mise à jour des supports de référence, amélioration continue du SharePoint de référence ;</p><br></li><li><p>Soutenir l'intégration des <b>nouveaux contributeurs</b> à la communauté Pioneer, en fonction de leur typologie (nouvel arrivant interne, contributeur régional, prestataire) et en <b>lien avec les responsables</b> concernés : préparation et transmission du pack nouvel arrivant, information sur les accès et outils nécessaires, orientation vers les bons interlocuteurs et ressources documentaires ;</p><br></li><li><p>Participer à la <b>planification budgétaire</b> et au <b>suivi financier</b> avec les prestataires : consolidation des budgets, suivi du consommé avec les responsables, enregistrement des demandes d’achats, suivi des livraisons, suivi de la facturation ;</p><br></li><li><p>Apporter, ponctuellement et à la demande du Senior Manager, un support sur des sujets transverses à l'équipe SDO.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ </b></p><br><ul><li><p>Formation supérieure en management de projets digitaux (école de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent)</p><br></li><li><p>Intérêt prononcé pour l’IT, le digital et la donnée, avec une forte sensibilité à l’expérience client</p><br></li><li><p>Capacité de synthèse, d’anticipation et d’adaptabilité ;
