<p>The mechanical inspector is responsible for inspecting and monitoring mechanical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Conducts site inspections of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems, verifies installation quality, identifies non-conformances, and coordinates with contractors and consultants to ensure works are executed safely and in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.</p>

<li>Inspect installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, chillers, AHUs, and exhaust systems.</li>
<li>Verify installation of plumbing and drainage lines, pumps, and valves.</li>
<li>Oversee firefighting installations, including sprinkler systems and fire pumps.</li>
<li>Review mechanical inspection requests and confirm works are ready for inspection.</li>
<li>Ensure installations are in line with shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.</li>
<li>Witness testing and commissioning of systems, including pressure tests, flow rates, and BMS functionality.</li>
<li>Coordinate with electrical and structural inspectors during MEP coordination.</li>

Experience confined to ceramic tiles, natural stone, marble or cement-based products does not meet this requirement.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of three years in the GCC, with a demonstrable understanding of how projects are specified, tendered and awarded in this market. <p><strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</strong> Position Title: Fire Fighting Supervisor Reports to: HSE Manager Department: Operation & Maintenance - HSE Location: All OTTCO Terminals</p><p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong> Lead and oversees as stand-alone role, the firefighting activities at OTTCO, under delegated authority and direction from OTTCO CHSSE, the owner of the Firefighting Services including resource planning, synchronization of operations, adjustment of operational parameters, through; (1) To control and overseas the replenishing consumables, scheduling inspection of fire hydrants, extinguishers and other equipment keeping all relevant maintenance reports and files. (2) Responsible of the Emergency Response, initial external Communication and Escalation to top level CHSSE. (3) supervise its assigned Unity team for the assigned sites, and (4) administer maintenance programs for OTTCO s firefighting systems and equipment; in order to ensure maintenance programs for OTTCO s firefighting systems and equipment specifications are set and met at optimum cost in a safe and efficient manner and handles all problems and emergencies occurring during shifts.</p><p>The position
