<p>Purpose: As part of the Sales & Marketing department, provide support to the Regional Sales Manager Oman in implementing marketing strategy to maximize sales and increase revenue for OCI through EPC Contracts, Projects and Distributors market thereby achieving the business plan objectives set by the company. Summary of the Job Role: To manage sales of the company s products through EPC, contracts, projects and distributors in the market to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues. accounts.</li><li>Ensure negotiated agreements, rates, packages, and selling strategies are adhered to and maximize upselling opportunities whenever possible.</li><li>Conduct regular account reviews and recommend actions to increase group and event production from key accounts.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding assigned accounts, sales activities, leads, opportunities, definite business, and production in the relevant systems in accordance with MOHG standards.</li><li>Respond to client and partner requests within the time frames established by the company.</li><li>Participate in sales activities, roadshows, trade events, exhibitions, sales missions, networking events, and relevant industry functions as required.</li><li>Attend major events in the hotel and city as requested by the Department Head.</li><li>Cross-sell Mandarin Oriental properties worldwide whenever appropriate and identify opportunities to generate business across the with the Sales team as required.</li><li>Establish and maintain files and databases for Groups & Events accounts and assist Sales leadership in maintaining the account management system.</li><li>Attend weekly and monthly departmental meetings and prepare relevant account performance updates, conversion information, market intelligence, and client feedback.</li><li>Understand the overall Groups & Events market, including competitors strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, and key developments within the local and international MICE market.</li><li>Work closely with Conference & Events, Revenue, Reservations, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure opportunities are effectively converted and client expectations are met.</li><li>Support the optimization of event space, group room blocks, and revenue opportunities in collaboration with Revenue and Conference & Events teams.</li><li>Handle guest or client concerns professionally and support the resolution of any disputes when required.</li><li>Maintain an excellent working relationship with all colleagues
