<p>1 According to the measuring instrument management procedures, establish a company measuring instrument ledger, set verification/calibration intervals, formulate a calibration plan, and supervise the management of measuring instruments in various departments.</p>
<p>2 According to the measuring instrument ledger, be responsible for contacting external testing and calibration agencies, plan and complete the periodic inspection/calibration of instruments on time; promptly collect inspection/calibration reports and certificates to ensure the accuracy of the certificates.</p>
<p>3 Based on the operational status of the workshop, complete the calibration of the measuring machines listed in the ledger, and carry out calibration for newly added measuring machines.</p>
<p>4 Responsible for the internal calibration of some measuring instruments, ensuring that the instruments used are qualified and within the valid period.</p>
<p>5 Coordinate with procurement to select qualified measurement units</p>

<p>1.Responsible for preparing the annual MSA plan and carrying out MSA work according to the annual plan.</p>

Daily work requires the ability to use English fluently, with CET-6 level or an equivalent certificate..</p>
<p>3 Work experience and industry requirements: Fresh graduates or candidates with over 2 years of metrology management experience in medium to large enterprises. Preference will be given to those with internationally recognized metrology certifications (such as ASQ CQT, IPMI Certified Metrologist).</p>

The ARISE Program is a USD 100 million initiative spanning six years, designed to deliver climate action, ecosystem restoration, and economic growth through Nature-based Solutions (NbS) integrated into the Bioeconomy and Sustainable Special Economic Zones (SSEZs) . The program ultimately targets the restoration of 30,000 hectares of land, an estimated 750,000 tCO2e/year in greenhouse gas emission reductions, and the creation of over 1,000 green jobs. The implementation of the ARISE Program is structured around two phases. Phase 1 will cover 2 years, and Phase 2 will be over 4 years. The funding has been approved for Phase 1.</p><p>PURPOSE The Water Resource Management Officer (Civil Engineer) applies specialized civil engineering concepts under close supervision to support the planning, technical design, and implementation of water resource and related infrastructure under Phase 1 of the project. S/he assists in conducting engineering assessments, preparing technical specifications, drawings, and cost estimates, and ensuring that all infrastructure complies with applicable standards, environmental requirements, and project work plans. Working closely with project teams and local counterparts, the Officer ensures that deliverables are produced in a timely manner to support broader project objectives within established scope, schedule, and budget.</p><p>ENGAGEMENT • Work closely with the Chief of Party (ARISE Program Lead), Regional Director, the Program Implementation Unit (PIU), the Regional PIU Support Team, and Stakeholders to support technical design of infrastructures and engineering assessments, complying with established GGGI policies, and Omani Government standards, while ensuring timely action and response. • Keep abreast on civil engineering changes in policies and regulations, and undertake timely strategic review of GGGI's country program ensuring continued relevance. • Maintain close communication with the PIU Team, MENA Regional Support Team, and Omani Authorities to share project requirements, coordinate field activities, and facilitate smooth technical collaboration.
