<p>Provide comprehensive nursing care to women in Labour, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) . Assess and monitor maternal and fetal condition throughout labour. Monitor vital signs, fetal heart rate, uterine contractions, and labour progression . Prepare patients for normal delivery, assisted delivery, or emergency procedures as required. Assist obstetricians and midwives during normal and complicated deliveries . Provide continuous support, comfort, and pain-management assistance during labour.
