This will also include being involved in all aspects of the architectural process such as: Concept design, design development, client, and consultant liaison, detailing and documentation, specification of material and project visualization. Operational Assist in the preparation and presentation of design reviews using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional methods. Coordinate with Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing team to review the project design specifications and ensure compliance with the client and OMRAN standards. Assist in reviewing the final design of the project and ensure all project details are meeting client s needs and complied with OMRAN standards. Strategic Contribution Assist in achieving OMRAN s efficiency and effectiveness through the development of design processes & policies. Perform routine activities required of the Design professionals. Perform as an effective member in supporting the unit in ensuring that the tasks in accordance with the objectives are completed accurately on daily basis. Seek support and guidance from the Senior Architect/ Director of Design. Foster a culture of team spirit, co-operation, and continuous self-development within the unit. Provide regular reports on site visits and project design progress throughout the phases.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Education & Experience Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Urban Design, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university. 2 4 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design, design development, or project coordination, including exposure to reviewing consultant drawings, technical documentation, specifications, and site implementation. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and one or more other computer-aided architectural design programs, such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Rhinoceros. Experience in tourism, hospitality, real estate, or mixed-use development projects is preferred.</p><p></p></section>

<p>POSITION SUMMARY Advise employees on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes, or other pertinent information. Answer questions about available services, general property information and amenities. Confirm guest first and last name and type of treatment scheduled prior to beginning treatment. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Advise providers of last-minute changes or additions to schedule and resolve scheduling situations as needed. Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products. Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment. Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure conformance to company standards. Notify Engineering of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. <p>Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving human resources issues. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and human resources programs, policies, and guidelines. <p>Provide comprehensive nursing care to women in Labour, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) . Assess and monitor maternal and fetal condition throughout labour. Monitor vital signs, fetal heart rate, uterine contractions, and labour progression . Prepare patients for normal delivery, assisted delivery, or emergency procedures as required. Assist obstetricians and midwives during normal and complicated deliveries . Provide continuous support, comfort, and pain-management assistance during labour. Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and other treatments safely. Identify signs of maternal or fetal distress and promptly inform the obstetrician. Assist with emergency obstetric interventions and resuscitation when required. Assist with immediate newborn care and assist with neonatal resuscitation when necessary. Monitor mother and newborn during the immediate post-delivery recovery period . Support breastfeeding initiation and promote early mother baby bonding. Maintain accurate nursing records, delivery notes, and patient documentation. Ensure strict infection-control, aseptic techniques, and patient-safety standards. Prepare and maintain LDR equipment, emergency supplies, and delivery room readiness. Educate mothers and families regarding labour, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care. Coordinate effectively with obstetricians, midwives, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals.</p>
